I had this problem that I could not play youtube videos, but then I downloaded this software update and it works again. The phone shows the videos in 3gp in it's own video player of course, so the quality sucks.

USED to love the phone. However, the battery life stinks. LG phone having issues randomly shutting down on its own too, even when the battery is fully charged. Down to 5 minutes of battery life, constantly trying to cycle my battery and now thinking why pay $70 for a new battery when I could just get a whole new phone? Cool features... but I dont trust LG products anymore.

A software upgrade can be of a great help,Bl40 is perfect and I love it but it got to be a little faster when loading songs,pics etc,sometimes when you get a call the answer button changes from green to grey and you got to wait for it to turn green again before you will be able to pick it,please try to find a new software for this phone because it`s my favorite!!!! please!

I have this for 8 months now I love it the design is very cool and it's very long. I love all the features the phone has to ofter and the performance is great no drop calls miss text messages and always have a good signal no matter were I am at. The only the is I wish there was more accessories for the phone in the USA. My battery die on me this month so I have to get everything online and I miss my phone. Over all the phone is wonderful I hope we get more phones like this in the USA. Thanks LG for a wonderful cool phone....
