hi! i'm really desperate,lost the cd that comes with the phone and i cant transfer snaps on to the PC or upload songs. So i'd be highly obliged if one of u kind readers wud pls send me the software to shalini.haridas@rediffmail.com

hi iz that true because my lg iz giving me probs it also doesn't work right! it's GPRS isn't working anyone have solved the prob yet??????? LG???? :(

Hi, Please don't buy this phone they all are duds. The problem lies with the PCB, and warrents a replacement of it. LG needs to withdraw all the stock worldwide, and fix these faulty pcb's.
If you bought this phone, Have it replaced with a new one(other type), don't let LG just walk away by selling a bad product. You have the right to have a phone that will last at least 10 years not 2 months. The phone seems to fault after using the onboard memory more than 10 times.(copying mp3's)
It isn't a repairable problem because it's a fault with the memory(corruption).
For those thinking of buying this phone: Buyer be ware.

I thought this mobile to be gr8 but i have faced so many problems that i cannot explain.

when iam trying to connect my mobile to PC using LG Content Bank...It is giving message Timed out. Can some one help on this...

i have problem in c3400 i downlaod one mp3 song from pc to mobile ,but when i play the song the message appear mp3 error ,& when i delete this song that can not delete ,message appear delete error ,so plaese give me the soloution.

I got an LGc3400 as a gift in January. I Love the phone's picture qualty butI have been trying to download mp3 tracks but to no avail if possible would you please advise on how yo download the tracks or send me the software.

I find it horrible.
Having this expensive phon is the same as having a normal cheap phone. With my phone I can only access my camera and I cannot use the internet, MP3 player and other features. I purchased it for the sole purpose that it has an MP3 player. But since I cannot acces it there's no point of having it. I can't seem to find help for my phone. Please, at least advise on how to get it fixed cause I'm out of options. thank you.

Hi can someone please help me on how to transfer my MP3 files on to my LG C3400? I have installed everything but i just can not figure how to transfer the files. apart from this its a great cheap and easy to use phone and i reccomend to anyone whos had doubts about it!

The phone has been giving me nothing but stress. I got it on the 1st of January and I have not enjoyed it since then. It develops a software problem and deletes all my information anyhow and it's bad. I can't make use of the photocall, neither can I use the mp3.

i think this is a gr8 phone. but i use have a many problem.
1. restart every time.
2. battary down in 1 hour
3. not a option in download games.
