worst phone ever sucky battery terrible service takes 5 minuets to turn on takes so long to load can't post videos on instagram can't download clash of clans runs on Android gingerbread and so slow

I have this phone and I'm not sure what to think. I bought this phone for myself for my 30th birthday (almost two years ago), the first week it came out. I ended up having to send the first phone back within one week due to it shutting off randomly. I received a second phone and now I'm thinking...BLAH.
I've had the phone for almost two years and my biggest complaint is the battery life. I did not charge this phone when it was not dead (the mistake I make with so many electronic devices) so I don't feel I did something personally to "ruin" the battery. I can keep this phone plugged in all night and by the time I make it to my office, it's dead! I won't even complain about the service since I do live in BFE. I'm on the fence of trying to decide if I should buy a new phone, but then think to myself, I was dumb to pay $379.99 for this phone, and with paying that much, I shouldn't need a new one in less than 2 years! I just ordered a battery off of ebay and hopefully this will solve my problem. Besides the sucky service, I love the phone! I love the large screen and I absolutely LOVE the camera! My only issue with that is, when I try to send videos, it says it's too large or something about the resolution??? Any suggestions on that?

DG, 23 Sep 2012Can I use this phone as an internet hot spot?yes if you unlock it, i did on my and used the hotspot to play xbox live and had lo lag at all on metropcs 4g, you need to unlock it with BlackPlague because is very stable, youtube has all you need.
