Ive had the lg esteam for over a year havent had any problems with it. If you download the juice defender app ..free your batary life will double or triple I use the paid version 1.99 if ai set it to extream my batary will last 3 day on stand by and two useing the phone,, But everyone has a opinion

The real deal about the phone is this. If you don't get the extra battery your an idiot. That being said its not the best phone on the market. But for Metro PCS, its not bad.
The stock battry is a joke. (get the extended battety) the screen is awesome @ 720p with a HDMI output you can hook up to you hd TV or computer monitor just make sure its plugged in. guerrilla glass is the bomb. Its not unbreakable but close. The screen is big too. Not huge but big. It is a little heavy with or without the extra battery. The front facing camera is a nice bonus. I don't use it much cause only have two friends with that feature. The back side camera is good enough. The loudspeaker could be louder. But it's not the worst. The mic works great. The wifi is excellent. Works even better then my laptop. 4G is the bomb too. When you get the signal. Thats not the phons falt, its the sevice. I have had issues with some of the apps on the market that require alot of gpu power. (games mostly) overall i give the phone a 7 out of 10.

Horrible phone. Heavy as a brick, terrible battery life. 6 months after I bought it the screen is unresponsive, the camera app hasn't worked since 3 months after I bought it, just crashes every time you launch it. Overall the worst phone I've ever owned. Android is glitchy in general and this is phone is junk. Can't wait until my Nokia Lumia 900 arrives so I can drop this 5 lb useless brick in the trash can.

i think this phone is good i had a little problem with it when i first got it. it will turn off on me every 10 mins and it was fully charged took it to the store i bought and got it fix over all i love it!! :)

Even though this phones' battery life only holds for approx. 3 hrs., I still love it and would recommend it to anybody. You can get it at any Metro PCS Store.

Other than not havQaing morcqve than 3 or 4 hours of battery time, I like my phone a lot. And I would recommend it to anybody. :-)

Once u unplug the charger u can be sure u will need to connect again within that time. This is my first android phone so I figured that's how it is in all these types of phones.Is this the average battery life or not?And which android phones have the longest battery life? Does anybody know?

This product's battery runs out in 3 hours even it is not used if it is not turned off. The speaker is very bad & very annoying. Its usefulness is limited by its battery time & I can not use it as much as I need it.
I do not recommend LG Esteem for anyone.
