I made a thorough search on internet but couldn't find Jar files (Java) to work on this mobile... do u have any idea buddy?
MobileIM and mailIM are not working.. how to activate them?

Where can i get an unlocked version of the phone? I checked it out on naaptol, are they selling the unlocked version? And one last thing, did anyone buy it from naaptol??

Ki... moreits not te actual gps, but gives u location, switch back to cdma mode, go to gps in network option and select it " by location" switch back to gsm mode. download bing from microsoft not the bing for verizon, i am experimenting on many other option but nothing seems to work..

AnonD-43032, 22 Feb 2012Sumit Bhai, LG Fathom is no more available with Indiatimes.... morei know it buddy thats why i personaly purchased second fathom from naaptol (off course frist from indiatimes) both supplied by enext.in, but peoples are so lazy sometimes the go on asking same question, where to buy, what it cost, warrenty etc. which have been answered in some older posts by somebody... it feels i am replying to some dumb person sometimes.. isnt it..

I'm getting only ... moreWhen did you purchased your mobile ? Battery backup of any mobile depends upon the daily usage of the user. Please elaborate about your usage pattern to get the best adivce.
If your handset is brand new then please note that sometimes the new battery take few rounds of full charge / discharge before you get the best performance out of the battery.

Dear all LG Fathom users, for those who had a bad experience with Fathom's lagging resistive touchscreen and odd user interface of win mobile 6.5, try installing SPB Mobile Shell in your mobile. I'm 100% sure you won't regret installing SPB Mobile Shell. After installation you will have rich experience using your mobile and it will work like charm. :)

This handset is not available with retailers anywhere in India. You have to purchase it online. Make it sure that the handset should be Gsm unlocked. Basically it is a dual mode mobile and can be used with Cdma OR Gsm functionality.
Most of the online sellers in India sell the Gsm unlocked version of LG Fathom. But still it will be better to confirm about the same from them before your final order. Otherwise it will be a big headache for you to unlock this device here in India.
In all, it is a good handset except the outdated OS. But many old apps still available for Windows Mobile 6.5

My phone's battery back up is very poor.
I'm getting only 12-16 hours. I have closed all applications using task manager. Still same problem.

while different seller telling different prices for this device. One is telling 6k, second 8k, third 12 k. Is it teasing to me? Or all they are making fun of mine.
