I have a international version of LG g2 32gb. It was rooted and not under warranty when I purchased it from online site. When I tried updating it via LG PC suite, it showed some error and now it is stuck with LG logo on screen & not booting up. I contacted a mobile service shop n they r telling me that its software is corrupt n they r asking for Rs. 3800 for installing new software... What to do? Plz help!

was a great phone..camera was good...was very happy with it, until it kept loosing reception....even when sending texts, on the internet or just sitting there..replaced sim card, and factory reset it twice, still the same..hav returned it and they said it was a factory issue on something.

May be you are right bcoz software n baseband version only changed.

Hey here can anyone suggest something.
I got notification of new OS and 160mb of data is downloaded over wifi, also it ends with succesfull update. But nothing changed in UI as well as in android version. Still its KITKAT.....
Please help what to do....

The latest update I got for my LG g2 was about 160MB, definitely it's not latest android (lollipop).
Can anyone help on this issue .

My LG G2 D802 is 4G signal now, the firmware is still KitKat 4.4.2, no new update yet. So far, KitKat 4.4.2 is very good.

I like it, the design is good, specs are very well, it's D802 model.

You can install kitkat version and then lollipop when its released for your version-country.
