Hi guys, after months of research I ended up choosing lg g2 mini d618, gonna buy one next week.
@Screen flickering issue: Don't worry coz a few models has this issue just quality check the phone your buying. I've read a user review that this issue happened on a single sim variant (g2 mini d610).
By the way, I'm from the Philippines
I recommend buying in their concept stores. They offer the lowest price so far.

LG, include G2 mini, has the worst GPS I ever use. Very difficult to fix satellite and lost easily. If you depend on positioning applications then you should reconsider buying LG Phones.

Device is ok, but the dual sim feature is crap... moving from one region to another , device loses signal, only comes back when you reboot it...so i need to reboot this piece of crap at least to times a day, going to work and when i get home.
