Hi,
1-is there any disappointing lag or hanging when you want to call or reply?
2-how much of 1GB ram is occupied almost all the time in this phone?

And the flickerin... moreFrom philippines here, me too the screen flicker is not issue, you will not even notice unless white background is displayed and in reality you can't really notice the problem, just put on 30-50% brightness and everything will be fine.

          ATTENTION!
          for those who have problem in saving edited photo
          Fear not everyone..its because of google plus.
          Go to settings,apps, and force stop google plus. Then uninstall the update. Next, go to the play store and download the new update..this worked for my g2

                          Re. inability to write to external SD card -- this is a new "feature" of Kitkat. Only officially-sanctioned apps like your installed OEM camera app will be entitled to write to the SD card natively and automatically. This security feature is supposed to enhance global system security, but is a pain in the neck for those of us who've been using Android for some time. The only good news is that LG's native file manager, for instance, has full read-write access to the SD card. As for external, 3rd party apps - you're out of luck until Google decides to loosen these constrictions. But you can manually use the LG file manager to move music and photos to the SD card, and then use your apps to point to that location. This will just mean more manual labour in the meantime, I'm afraid.

                            Please, can anybody explain this: I put in SDHC card 32GB ( with 2GB was the same ). G2 mini can store fotos, apps there, can copy files with built-in File explorer, BUT no external app ( Total commander, ES file explorer...) can wite there - only read. Is this bug or feature ?

And the flickering when brightness set to 0% is more likely not a problem since we you and the other guy has it. And I always set my brightness to 50% all the time. And for me its not really an issue. Im from Philippines btw.
