Micheal, 05 Feb 2016Much appreciated your help and guidance ... you are awesome... moreI understand you my friend. But M8 camera is not bad at all. What about OnePlus X? It has 13mp camera, micro SD card slot,3gb ram, looks and feels premium, ui won't lag, battery life is good too.
I don't remember, it is only 250 or 300$. I think it is most affordable and powerful phone for you.

Yeah there will be a lot of options in future like LG G5,XPERIA Z6,HTC ONE M10 (If they are wise enough to make it good one)one plus one lacks SD CARD slot and 16 GB is not enough for me I know there is 64 GB as well but it is not available here and also it has same price as of XPERIA Z3. and IMO no one can deny the freedom that is offered by SD-CARD.I have just some confusion about LG G3 that are a based on my research on different forums ... QHD screen has nice in sharpness but as it is first generation QHD so it has negative aspects too like low brightness,contrast ratio, and color is a bit off as compared to HTC ONE M8 SUPER LCD 3 and XPERIA Z3 Triluminus IPS lCD(which is the best in terms of everything like brightnss,contrast ratio,colors and also power efficient)
QHD it is a bit heavy on SD 801 (IMHO) and also not power efficient (which means I can't enjoy movies without any tension about battery draining),
To run Quad HD screen SD 801 and andreno 330 have to do a lot of work . and High work load cause heat generation and which cause processor throttling and dimming of screen brightness which is not good for me because in summer in my country temperature rises up to 50 degree Celsius and I don't know what will happen if I will go to use it in that temperature I am here talking about normal usage and for just 1080p movies playback from SD card and recording 1080p using in sunlight as SD801 has to do alot of work like recording 1080p utilizing hardware+software Stabilization,Displaying the content on 1440p screen,I know every electronics heat up when it on heavy usage I think the main culprit of heating of LG G3 is it QHD screen and this is not as pro of phone but a con(IMHO).
As you have replied earlier to someone else WHO IS ASKING ABOUT SELF CRACKING OF ITS CHASSIS that aviod heating it up and Nothing will happen to the chassis of LG G3. But how one can avoid heating it up while using QHD screen.
IMO the result which we are getting in sacrificing the performance and the battery timing is not so good I mean human eye can't see any thing beyond 312-320 ppi in fact My 17inch laptop has resolution of 1600*1200 and I don't have any problem of sharpness with it.
I think 1080p resolution is more than enough for about 6 inch screen. and it is not better screen than its predecessor accept the sharpness which is not necessary because 1080p screen is enough sharp for watching movies.If LG g3 has the same screen that they have used in LG G2 then LG G3 would be a wonderful phone IMHO.I think LG G4 is quite better to handle 2K screen because of SD 808 and they have also improved their camera and display a lot accept battery which is same as in its predecessors. I think SD 801 is at its best on 1080p screen.
SONY is just doing awesome job in every department just they have to improve its camera algorithm to make photos sharp and improve the durability of glass and also do some work on heat dissipation IMO they should use some heat conductor metal at the back on that place where the camera module, processor and GPU is located so it works as heat sink like in LAPTOPS AND DESKTOP PCs.
HTC is doing well also in everything accept camera they have to do some serious work on camera department M9s camera is not so good performer IMHO because of TOSHIBA CAMERA SENSOR . DEAR HTC just go and fetch SONY CAMERA SENSORS and make huge profits.
So to sum up I think QHD SCREEN under powers the SD 801.make LG G3 LESS PERFORMER THEN THAT ITS RIVALS like HTC ONE M8 AND THE beauty XPERIA Z3.
HTC M8 nice display( good contrast ratio,brighter and good color than LG G3 IMO) 1080p with SD801,HTC SENSE (IOS of ANDROID means lag free),Good performance,good stereo speakers,GOOD BATTERY LIFE due to 1080p. 90% made of metal better heat dissipation but..... you know what i mean CAMERA ...:( HTC you made me insane.
So what you say about my insanely long speech...:)

do you have any experience with wrong GPS position of the G3???
My phone wrong and indicate 3km away place. cant fix it.

Mine is Sony Z3 - superb phone with all aspects. OK Buy LG G3 it is great for movies and next time Sony Z6 maybe... Wait my friend :) You can buy OnePlus one for cheaper prize:) It is powerful too and has 13mp Sony camera...

I am sony fanboy but I would go for XPERIA Z3 which is best in z series and it is out of my budget may be next year or after 2 year I would go for XPERIA Z5.... I am not heavy gamer but watch a lot of movies, use camera and I dont like lag stutter OR ANYTHING LIKE That and IMHO HTC ALUMINIUM dissipates heat more efficiently than plastic what you say bro....????

Every phone heats due video recording (also force close) or gaming.. I think Z2 is good one...
About : design>built quality>display>performance>camera>b­attery
Design is very good, built with metal and glass, a bit fragile but OK with case.:)
Display is clear and amazing, performance is good too, Sony UI is faster and lag free
Battery life and camera are very good, but if you play games long time or record 4k video - phone will heat and battery will discharge a bit faster... Otherwise amazing phone:)
You can buy HTC M8 too...

If you want good camera (But not better than Sony Z3 as they said) and good screen for movies buy LG G3...
If you want faster performance, lag free ui, better front camera buy HTC M8...
But I think you can buy Sony Z2:) It is superb too...

It is probably the worst phone I have had. I bought it only 6 months ago, and after few months of use, it started a loop of restarting which after a quick web search i found that the battery is dead so i replaced it, and its never been the same since that.

The camera has few options and the front camera is really bad. The rear one is really bad for nightly pix.

Lots of problems with receiving calls and calling - I restart the phone at least once a day.

The phone is warming up and the battery has a short life.

I will never buy lg phone again and will recommend NOT buying it to whomever I can
