Can anyone elaborate as to what was the purpose of latest update ( 249.91 mb) to OS . The sytem still remains Android 5.0 on my LG G3

Im soo happy with LG G3 16gb... It did all what i expect from it... Only the negative point is its battery timing... I think bcoz of its highly efficent display... It doesnt matter... Bcoz i love this...

Last software update to my D855 was on 24-9-2015.
Today again got another software update of 249.91 Mb but still the main OS remains Lollipop 5.0 when I bought LG G3 in April 2015

Android M might nit fix the battery problem here. It shows the screen using 45% of the power on my G3 32GB model. I get 3h 30min screen on time & if playing games it drains faster. This phone needs software to drop down to 1080p cause QHD is too much for the battery. Samsung seems to have got it right with QHD I guess LG cant quite beat them.

hi, i having major problems in lg g3 gold 32gb v20u during music play using headphone. It produce hissing sound in left ear channel. Anybody encounter this problem? How did you solve this problem. I have high expectation on this phone but due to audio problems, it's turn me off

I agree, no other phone feels this good in the hand and has this thin bezel. BUt yes the software is abit laggy, im waiting for the Android M update and hoping it will resolve the issue

This is a great phone held back by poor software. Ive used its rival the galaxy S5 & you can notice it runs faster & smoother than the G3. The software is also much more optimized when compared to the G3. Dual windows supports more apps, S5 has more setting tweaks. Finally this phone is amazing but LG couldv made it better.
