Give my money back !, 14 May 2015Well I have this phone since (I think) March. After upgradi... moreI do agree that if Battery life of phone gets enhanced by 3 hours to 4 hours if a display of 1080p is used. Then it is worth considering. No need to go for 2k display.
The thrust should be on better contrast and of course on colours only.

Nexus is the best , but why an iteration of Nexus be not made with removable battery and expandable Memory through SD Card slot. It is the time , google should consider this option.

Well I have this phone since (I think) March. After upgrading to Lollipop it's not possible to use it without having installed "360 security" application. I have no idea what LG have done with the software but it is total (dear moderators, apologies in advance) CRAP ! Give it Snapdargon 808 (or whatever latest), 3 gigs, no 4, of RAM I bet that it would lag.

Speaking of screen. Yes it's nice, pretty, everything is colourful, but dammit battery live is below 12hrs. If some genius from LG is reading this - why, why, why? Weren't 1080p enough??? Oh BTW it's not the end of it.

Knock code. Yes, it's nice to have feature, it's sneaky if someone doesn't know it and wants to unlock your phone and has no idea what it going on :) but that double tap to unlock killed me (not in literal sense) when I was on holidays. Phone in the pocket and because of that SH** screen was ON!

For those who definately told / are about to tell it: "dammit, idiot, root it!". Simply put, why I need to do that, I'm not developing custom ROMs, I don't want to install them unless they don't have that stupid double tap feature and software is Nexus 5 like.

One good thing I liked: camera and laser autofocus. Well done LG, at least you didn't screw this one. Though panorama mode should've been like on Nexus devices.

So in conclusion. If you're thinking whether to buy one or whether to buy LG G4 - DON'T DO IT!!! After seeing LGs, Samsungs, Sony XPERIAs (not first hand but still have my doubts) I came up to one and only conclusion - if you want to get Android device: buy any kind of Nexus or else get an iPhone 1 Yes, iPhones are expensive but after seeing what is the experience on iPad (pretty old one I was shocked in a good way)

How to rename a folder (which contains several files) when this folder is on SD Card. I do not see any option in " File Manager " App in LG G3. This facility was commonly used by me through "My files" app on Samsung galaxy S4 Mini. And with some long route I was able to rename folders on my Nokia Lumia 820 through their official App " files".
If I am not wrong in stating above then my advice to LG people please introduce this option for folders and files like Samsung's user interface. In certain situations this comes quite handy and helpful.
