    Hi,

My question to those who are using 32 GB Variant of LG G3. How much internal memory is allocated for apps in Kitkat and what is size after Lollipop update?

I am using it since last 10 days everything is awesome only thing is over heating with gaming otherwise the best camera mobile in market

Prajwal Pradhan, 11 Apr 2015Hey guys I'm planning to buy this phone soon this week.. I'... moreNo sony phonea have user replaceable battery. G3 D855 gives 6 to 8 hours battery time on heavy usage after force stop and disabling all the unnecessary apps like google drive, google search, google +, opera, hangouts, google books music etc. Display brightness set at 22% in manual mode, display timeout is set at 30 seconds without vibration for all notification and automatic sync and GPS totally disabled for all apps.

Just traded Note3 for lg g3 and the Lg G3 is a better all around. If you use the Spen than the Note3 will be a better buy. I myself like other owners I know never use the Spen and the g3 is a better buy7

Hey guys I'm planning to buy this phone soon this week.. I've got few questions that 1. How long the battery lasts on heavy usage(gaming, video recording, call etc.) 2. I guess the priority for G3 is soon going to be less so are we going to get the 5.1 update soon? 3. last question is that I'm confused whether to buy G3 or xperia Z3??? plz suggest me.... opinions will be respected.....

Overall a very good phone screen is the best.
Both cameras are superb specially the front facing camera the best front facing camera right now compare to all other high end devices available.
The only disappointing thing that i found is it does not have an Wifi Direct working, Option is available in settings but you will not find it when you select something for sharing.
How come a phone with such high specs can not have wifi direct working, Now i m using a third party app super beam as an alternate of Wifi Direct.

It overheats. Battery drains. No update or bug fixes for a while.I am afraid after G4 release they will forget us completely. For me 5.0 update was a shit.No improvements, no new features. They just pushed a quick release. Thats okay. They wanted to be one of the first to provide lollipop update. But that just stopped there. Just nothing after that. And now G4 will get the priority. Thats insanely unfair

LG Innotek Develops Its Widest Aperture Camera Module

LG Innotek Brings Brighter and Clearer Solutions to Smartphones

Seoul, Korea, Apr. 09, 2015 – LG Innotek, a leading global components and materials manufacturer, announced the development of a groundbreaking 16MP camera module with an aperture of f/1.8, making it LG Innotek's widest aperture camera developed for a smartphone. The advanced camera module began mass production at LG Innotek's plant this week and will be unveiled to consumers for the first time in the LG G4 later this month.

The advanced design of the camera module means that it receives 80 percent more light than in the highly praised camera found on the LG G3. More light means better looking images in low light environments and less blur when shooting action and fast moving objects. Large apertures on smartphone cameras has been challenging to develop due to the complexity and size of developing modules that must fit in the very limited space of today's smartphones.

Furthermore, in response to the explosive growth of selfies, LG Innotek developed an 8MP front-facing camera module, its highest resolution for a front camera to date. This high resolution module's ultra-thin IR filter keeps infrared light from entering the camera lens, giving images taken with the front camera more natural and accurate colors. The 0.11mm thin filter is roughly half the thickness of competing IR filters.

"At LG Innotek, we are constantly working to ensure that the cameras we develop allow users to capture and preserve the moments that are most special to them," said Ung-beom Lee, CEO of LG Innotek. "We are extremely excited to see our technology in LG's next flagship smartphone because we believe that the power, precision and operability of our camera module will clearly make an impression on consumers."
