Shn, 02 Jan 2015What's the reason you must hard reset?Fragments from previous OS will be unstable and cause bugs. It's like putting a fresh bread and a bread with molds together. Restoring the phone to factory settings ensures that you have a fresh OS after upgrading.

noogieboi, 02 Jan 2015i updated my G3 last night then when i check for another up... moreI also faced same problem yesterday but i go to service centre directly, they put back again 4.4.2 and advice me better dont update through pc unless the phone shows. update notification it self

Shn, 02 Jan 2015What's the reason you must hard reset?Still looking fot that reason too. A brand new phone, nothing installed and not even on lollipop.

Yes Dear that is being witnessed by End Users.
What you need to do is.
On your PC Suite, click on Mobile Device while your device is connected to LG PC Suite and Click on Restore Upgrade Errors and everything will be good again.

i updated my G3 last night then when i check for another update it has another update which is V20b-L it says 2 update is available but after upgrading the first the second has arrived then my G3 keeps on turning back on LG Logo and other apps are not running its keeps on crashing. anyone experience this error.

Awesome phone... had bought sony xperia z2 but returned it after 3 days as it use to get overheated while using camera for just within 10 seconds. Maybe i had got a defective one. But then i bought this beauty, its catching everyone's eyes at my office for it's looks and performance wise it's the Best. I am using it for around a week now and no overheating no lags in the UI and a super clear Camera. And QHD display is so beautiful that you will not like any other display after watching preloaded qhd videos in it. Battery is very good and i am getting a day easily with heavy usage. The only problem i feel with this phone is its not good for the normal 720p videos to watch. I compare it with my samsung galaxy s3 and that beats lg g3 in clarity. But nevertheless QHD videos would be common in near future so this phone is definitely worth every penny. The Quick circle case which comes with the phone is what it makes the phone more beautiful with the circled clock appearing when you close it and also using music, answering calls, reading messages all can be done by not even opening the cover from the Quick circle case. Great phone Overall......

So, in every pho... moredo you have lg g3 and is the video compressed in it by whatsapp? i live in pakistan and i had qmobile smartphone and it did't have the ability to compress the video so this is why i asked question... if your lg g3 does it then i will definitely buy it...

Yes !! Taking away the lg weather widget works ..the phone doesnt lag at all one bit thanks a lot 😄😃😃 but i think lg should release a patch for 5.0 soon to fix this tiny lags ..im so happy i went to lg the phone is far responsive and good looking with a lot of customization option than g4 ..thanks a lot :)
