[deleted post]I had a faulty G3 before. Do a factory reset and try not to install apps in the meantime. Just to check if an app is causing that problems. If that persists, better get a replacement.

My G3 is black with Spigen ultra fit case. Runs V10k and ART runtime. Doesn't heat, battery is good, and it works like a charm! Truly a dreamcatcher..

I owned g3 d855 burgundy red..no defective no lag no camera crush etc as my g2..so LGes STOP trolling here..its worth nothing.stop pretending..

[deleted post]I'm probably conversing with you for the second time now and yet your heightened sense of anger towards G3 continues. I have been an XDA contributor from the early days of the forum and I'm well aware of the forums stating G3 related issues. Is that a big deal? No. You have similar ones for ALL the other phones. I don't care if you believe this but do give it a try. Yes G3 had a patchy start but LG has been doing their best to fix it. And that's alright in my book. to reiterate, my G3 works just fine. If your's doesn't then either get it replaced or move onto something else. Responding to every message here with flame comments isn't really doing much in getting yours concerned voiced.

Camera crashes or make error suddenly!!
Once was on dinner, picked it to record video, it lagged and stalled!!couldn't continue the video after few seconds!!Only G3 restart made it work again!!!

It's great to hear of LG G3 getting Official Lollipop upgrade from this week on. Have been using my G3 over 2 months now and couldn't be happier. To those still hammering annoying notations here of random complaints and rants, please get your device checked and replaced, if faulty. And kindly not be delusional and think G3 has too many Lag/Battery/Heat issues. Those have been found on certain devices, but the same can be easily found for S5/M8/Z2 etc etc with a simple google search.
No phone is perfect. But G3 gets pretty close :). Cheers!!

But if wanna depend on that all the time will make it my job instead of using the phone!!!
Switching back to Dalvik on new software update works better than ART that worked better than Dalvik on the previous software version.
Looks G3 users must be the phone technicians too to discover what's best!!!
Holding my breath to know what LG technicians would say after I take my device for checkup in a couple days
Hopefully it's all about a defective battery than a defective G3!!!
* Performed a factory reset once before after the purchase by short period, that hadn't improve performance, only ART switch and battery cleaner apps had done......

Last night I bought me a white NOTE 4 (Octa-core version) but deep down inside my heart i knew something aint right about this purchase because at the beginning my intentions were to buy an LG G3 32gb gold but i don't know how i diverted my decision to buy a NOTE 4. Anyhow i decided to turn around and grab a new G3 32gb and i swear i couldn't be happier because it satisfy all my needs (beautiful compact design, gorjous display, sharp camera, high class performance, amazing loudspeaker, great call quality, and a very respectful battery)
All in all i have no regrets on buying the G3 because LG is a well known company and its growing fast and this phone is not for everyone, Whoever buys it is a person knows what this beast is capable of. Oh i forgot to add Its the first phone to get the official lollipop this week.
