My LG G3 is made in Korea (South), am using V10j w/ ART Runtime. ALL is Good except for the fact that everytime i u nmount OTG drive the SDcard does too. I hope this will be fixed especially for incoming Lollipop. Or does anyone who can comment about this? LOVE my LG!

    I use my G3 on 1-10% brightness for longer battery life.
    I have the DS Battery Saver, have the Clean Master , CM Security, Apus also..cleaning...all those apps helps for better phone performance.
    I do not run games on my G3!!!!

    What facebook, whatsup, google, skype, surfing.... all running at same time you are talking about?!!!

    G3 can't run half of these at time without too much heating, low battery life and lags!!!

    You also admitted G3 failure by saying used greenify and rooted G3!!!

    So every G3 user must tweak settings like changing to ART, installing all battery saver and cleaning apps, rooting it to make G3 work normally with different errors from time to time on more usage???!!!

    That's Great! Phone users must do all that on an expensive new smartphone!!

    If G3 was low cost device could had threw it in the face of LG technicians gifting them back their defective device but since it's expensive they will have to totally fix it or replace it.

      LG G3 D855 32 GB Made In Korea Failed Stability Test 3 Times!!!!

      Downloaded the Stability Test app, run on classic test, the whole test takes 30 minutes, the first test lasted 9 minutes then G3 rebooted!! and when knock pattern screen appeared code wasn't working and phone went freeze until I removed the battery.....
      The second test lasted 2 minutes then G3 rebooted but this time got stuck in LG logo lightning image...The third time G3 rebooted after only 1 minute of stability test run then went back to the knock pattern screen.

      Guess what? When stability test was running all 4 cores the battery went heated like crazy!!! which implies that G3 has some bug when running on full power, performance drains!!!!

      It's time for LG company to take back its G3 garbage, fix it(if possible!!) or give me a new one!!

        Real LG G3 User: Model D855 european with update V10I.

        Can email u screenshots with battery stats etc, tested fully...if u need help let me know. Just because is unfair reading all that comments from ppl don't owning the phone or from ppl trolling from other company's.... about the most promised company of 2013-2014.

        LG G3 Is: 1st 4K phone, 1st Laser phone, 1st Improved Stabilization phone after the excellent LG G2 stabilization, 1st phone with the Best Bezzels... Now ALL company's try to improve that features.. Pick a Real Innovating company..

        Ok I tested G3 as owner and thats what i got out of Battery (saved screenshots to share):
        If screen is not on straight and with normal use of some net surfing,utube and some Gps when need it only(not always on) but mostly for calls. Phone is ofcourse rooted with greenify and DS Battery Saver.
        Battery Lasted
        117h 10min (About 4.875 days)

        Now, when Always screen on at 60%, wifi/sync/Gps/Utube NEVER STOP's and Utube sound is at around 3-4, services running except the LG's default one's i had: Viber/F.Messenger/Facebook/Whats up/McAfee/Greenify/Ds battery saver.
        Battery Lasted
        19:00-01:30 = 6:30 hours with really heavy use and non stop

        Tips and Facts:
        1) Never got hot more than the normal heat all phones have.
        2) I Never need to use my Brightness outside with Fully sun above 50%
        I Only need to use my Brightness indoor day at 23-28% and indoor night 0%
        3) I can use brightness even when battery saver is on/low battery.(Some other Phone's Don't let u)
        4) Engineer's have explain that Ram use is always On to help with fast multitasking, if don't use speed of ram before u need it it takes more time to happen (Not the expert to explain more to u guys but if u read about it u'll understaind)
        5) G3 going str8 to Lillipop since 4.4.4 is more of a Advertisement update for G3.
        6)For the ppl comparing newer phones and Z series of sony
        Tested G3 against Z series, nope camera is bad compares to G3(Mpxels Not the only factor). Now is stupid to say something is better when they release later on.

        P.S. Touch G3 and Use it the ergonomy and realistic colours will amaze u..
        Price of it amazing for flagship phone thanks to Trolls, Go for it:)

          A Good Description for G3: A big power engine inserted to a car with a low amp incompatible battery and expecting the car to perform properly especially on heavy use!!
          What's happening in G3 is the same, performance of the phone is decreasing dramatically on more use, implies giving the heating, lags, short life battery..etc

          Ask any G3 user, even the ones that don't use their phones much(no real problems like ours) all will say that G3 performance drops when battery becomes some 50 or less%, which comes again from more use = G3 less performance

          Simply because G3 specs are incompatible FULL STOP

          G3 is still a nice phone but these facts can not be hidden!

            I am saying it here once and for all, G3 devices(tens of thousands) that are having heating and short battery life problems can not be fixed (totally) by some software update or setting tweaks, it needs some hardware part change, hopefully the battery change will solve some, or lets see what LG *** Technicians will say..if they ever admit that something is going wrong even!!

              An advice to the LG failure technicians: if you hadn't discover it yet from your many testing, I tell you that most of G3 problems is due to battery first and software second but the main problem is not from both but elsewhere, since we can't limit problem to one spec despite it's clear that 801 is useless on such advanced resolutions, compatibility bt. software-battery- screen is horrible in the G3!!
              At end, a battery replacement might solve many problems of G3, maybe the phone got a shock from this battery-specs. incompatibility or something.
              We are not technicians but real users and since I figured battery removal is solving the problem for short time before using the device for sometime creates new or similar problems and the cycle never ends with G3!! LG stop releasing more software updates and start working on the hardware section, see what can be done, maybe recall some devices, ask users who are facing those problems to visit your center and fix their devices from a new point of view(change parts or whatever).

I doubt it's just a defective piece, because if this is true at least half of the released LG G3 are defective as said before phone forums are full of G3 users similar problems of heating and battery!
                  So, LG must have the guts to recall thousands of G3 or at least announce free replacement with no question asked.
                  I'm gonna take my G3 to LG technicians in coming days for overall check up and inform you all about the results. Hadn't done that before because they'll keep it at least a day for testing and factory reset will be a must, besides have much info on it, not forgetting too how much 100s of mbs if not gbs will be needed later to download all my apps and organizing it again...headache

                  But since G3 battery warranty is only for 6 month, maybe 3 month have passed now, will take it soon.

                              People should and shouldn't compare Note 4 and G3. Let's get one fact straight out there: G3's Snapdragon 801 was not never mean't to be handling a QHD display. It is kind of "old gen", coming now to the new Note 4's Snapdragon 805. 805 is the step forward, it is 805 and not 801 for a reason and when you compare those two in the given devices, you'll certainly notice what are the differences.

                              If LG had invested into the new chip, the phone would literally be perfect. But i'm fairly confident, that G4 will feature this and be a true competitor towards the likes of Note 4 (which is the top spec smartphone out there, right now).

It's sad to see it impact your perception of G3 as it truly is a Great phone. I own one and touchwood haven't had any issues since day one. Having said that, nothing in this life is guaranteed to be defect free. Take an example here, I have a close friend who just bought a brand new IP6, only to have major voice interruption issues within a month of usage. Sure enough it was a defective piece and was changed. Does my point infer IP6 or G3 as bad phones. Not At All. Does my point infer it unfortunately is a risk you take with buying anything electronic today, that you wont see issues at all. Perhaps it does. I would suggest you seriously look into replacing the device. And don't loose hope on G3 yet. It's awesome!

                                  Bottom Line: I'm sure that no user will come here giving too much details about problems with G3 without really being fed of it!!!

                                  Same for no normal user will change phone settings if the device is working properly.

                                    I know nothing about note 4 pros and cons but just comparing specs it's surely better than G3.

                                    Reading technician opinions and tests on G3 proves my opinion and experience with my G3 so far.

                                    LG must had made more tests on G3 before releasing it. Maybe its lack of experience in this category, its engineers went very happy in the QHD thing forgetting of further tests and other specs. compatibility!!!!!

                                      No troll gives details from experience with the device.

                                      I can't understand how same phone can differ between many users. How can a phone purchaser know if the device will be defective or not!?!!
                                      Is it normal buying an expensive device that turns up to be defective!?!!
                                      Talking about G3 when saying defective that means at least half of the released G3 by LG!!! seeing how much complaints in several forums that discuss similar problems that I had faced most if not all!!!

                                      Last was some minutes ago, the network was cutting using my G3 internet on my laptop via wifi hotspot.

                                      Nothing helped than turn it off removing the battery then on again..

                                      Guess what now?!! Network working normally no cuts nothing!!!

                                      Something strange related to battery and most G3 problems!!! that have nothing to do with software from this point of view(battery!!!)
