To all G3 users do the same for similar network, shutdown, whatever G3 stupid errors
If this does not work, take the device to the damn LG technicians let them fix or replace it!!!!!!!!!!!

Not easy for me as I use the phone for calls AND Internet with some twice charging per day but will try to leave the battery to reach very low % before sleep.
As I said before, G3 problems can be solved in simple tweaks but why in hell must users do that(what were LG technicians doing?!!) instead of enjoying the NEW REVOLUTIONARY expensive smartphone?!!!!

Keith, 03 Nov 2014Great phone BUT I'm appalled at the battery life which is a... moreI had the same problem with my G3 and I shut it completely off to charge and now it doesn't overheat and holds a charge for more than a day. Try it and see if it works for you.

Great phone BUT I'm appalled at the battery life which is about 3 hours at the most. I cannot believe how bad it is and that is without using the phone. I have battery saver on and brightness low but still I can't get more than 6 hours. Any suggestions

I've got this phone for 3months now. Haven't had a single issue with it. Being a huge Samsung fan, I was very reluctant to switch to LG but I'm really glad I went with the G3. Fast, user-friendly, brilliant camera (do not be fooled by the 13mp on paper, better than any Samsung device I've come across.) & a very good battery as well. Well done LG!

I like this phone a lot, and having it in the tamil language as a tamil is great, but i hope there is some improvement in the following phones, because most of the words are english, that are just written in tamil, instead of being TRANSLATED...

Bought a brand new Lg g3 and it doesnt work out of the box.Shows overheat and shuts down.
