i have my g3, its very fast esp when playing games, no lag and im enjoying its features as well. ever since i used this, it seems like my other phone are very slow and now i think im neglecting my favorite iphone5 too. i also like the sound of the earphone, really great and not ordinary which can be compared to other popular brands of headphones.

I didn't quite respond to your question earlier. 4.4.4 update is highly unlikely to come to LG G3 as pretty much all that was required in that update was already provided with the 4.4.2. As of this moment, GS5, One m8 and the rest that have 4.4.4 is nothing more that just a marketing ploy. G3's 4.4.2 with the latest V10L update should have you well covered until Lollipop arrives :)

Now LG has had a bad reputation for not updating their phones with timely updates. But with the G3, I hope to see that change as I've had two incremental software upgrades in the last month.

gsm arena did not write single time about g3 problem with random shutdown, like here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/lg-g3-d855-shutsdown-t2803292/page131 Mine g3 is also faulty :(

Had mine since Oct 4. Updated to V10i OTA. No lag, decent battery life. Amazing phone.

I hate it when same people post same problem then tell this phone is just a crap. I'm planning to get the LG G2 but I changed my mind and I wanted this LG G3. I'm going to get the D855 version. I was once a samsung user no comments about it. Yes maybe some android flagships had a better specs but for me this phone is really a BEAST though I don't think Quad HD is the big deal in this phone, maybe the should just make the pixel density higher so it doesn't drain battery that much. I searched the net for the difference between the Korean and the European brand, some says their Korean version encounters some minor problem like heating that's why I decided to choose the European. Some user also says that European is a little bit brighter and saturated compared to the Korean brand. I'm from Philippines by the way. I will update a post on this thread and observe if my device from Europe gets the same problem such as heating problem etc.

No more freezing after a 'factory reset', and updating to the latest firmware. Phone very fast and smooth. Love it! Looking forward to 'lollipop'. I'm using ART, software V10i SEA. CHROMEcast perfectly fine with my awesome LG G3.

No lag, no heating problems...Update your phone and Dont touch the developers option...Most ppl face problems then...Lg G3 user...

ToM, 17 Oct 2014Many G3 have this unexpected shutdown problem. It can appea... morei guess this only happened for the first batch of G3 came with the original version 10a,those get the latest batches with v10i loaded in default should not have this problem anymore.
I got my G3 loaded with v10i started,i do not encounter any auto shutdown,the only problem is the lagging part,i switch it to ART runtime and switch off all animations,it really improved alot and more responsive.

anyone here having problem with your g3? mine get so laggy and slow..i dont have much applications on my phone and i dont even play games i just basicaly use it for browsing facebooking watching movies n taking photos...does anyone experience the same thing? i just got this phone few days ago i was using xperia z2 before and its way more faster and very responsive..im quite disappointed with g3..
