actually I gonna buy this phone by last 2 week i found a lot of complaining problem in this phone. One of my friend using htc one m8 it was superb so last week i purchase a htc one e8 and now i am fully satisfy.

Same heating thing heard that HTC phones have it, is it true or just rumors!?!!
G3 reslution is awesome to take pics and video recording, no smartphone has it.
Those saying S4 are totally ignorant. Samsung S5 can't compete with G3 and relying on rumors about the new Apple Iphone 6, it will too not compete with LG G3 but still Apple different working board.
Glad to had not waited for the Iphone 6, bought the G3 a month ago.
If heavy user, can expect 6 hours on G3 battery, for God Sake it's running a 3GB Memory and huge processor.
Your laptop with an equivalent big battery doesn't go that far when having same processor and 3GB Memory.
The new G3 software improved the phone work.

I've used ALL the heavy hitters this last year and the G3 is overall the best. Better camera than M8 and larger screen, knock on is way better and button placement is superior, S5 has slightly better camera but is not an attractive phone like G3 and DO NOT get your S5 wet unless it's your "forever phone", cuz it's not worth a dime after you do. UI on G3 is better than S5 but not M8 and really do not like Sony's.
I'm a pretty heavy user and I start up at 100% at 5am, it easily makes it through my dozens of phone calls, texts, 200 emails, you tube, dead trigger\asphalt8, internet, I swap battery like at 10-11pm right before the 5% comes up. My Nexus 5 was on the charger before I left the office. Also have Qi cover coming, great call quality, and if u like music it has a really great "surround" mode that really makes the music punch through headphones that is. I walk outside with the phone all day and can see it way better than my S5 so there's some real world for you, there was a time where the battery drained faster than it does now but I think it adapts cause it lasts longer now. The only negative that really bugs is, in the email server typing sometimes lags as well as refreshing\adding flags and the buttons in the app are not well laid out for 1 handed use, but overall Its a very versatile phone. I'd recommend it over any other phone at present, although the HTC E8 seems interesting.

Upda... more#3mp0wered (whatever), its called screen time off, all you need to do is adjust your screen time off time - you can extend it for up to the max time on if you like, no such thing as auto shut off - its not an automatic hot water tea kettle, that will shut off when water boils.
