The notification bar of the touchwiz ui just sticked to the display panel and it really looks weird especially when viewing an image or watching a movie with with background.

Hi, I'd like to change my Nokia E6 with a new Android. Which one you prefer : G3 (2 gb ram, 16 gb) or galaxy note 3 (exynos octa)? As this will be my costliest purchase ever (G3 $590. Note 3 $670),I'd use it for a very long period

AnonD-127662, 18 Jun 2014I've already ordered the Gold version of the G3 from Amazon... morethe only porblem with SAMOLED screena is that if used for long static images, such as texting 2-3 hours, and so a few months does not cause the burn in, ie notches images. This story from personal experience with s4 where we are as a notification bar and keyboard carved into the screen. you have a lot of topics on the Internet os amoled and burn in issue which of course none of the tests mentioned. As for me, for me, from now on only the phones with the IPS LCD. I buy a s5 for 500 EUR and that after a few months of active use of the notches image, or you have to use it on average it would not be carved images. No thank you. I prefer for the money to ride on the phone that I want ..

imho 720p its MORE THAN ENOUGH, 1080p is pushing it already.
With high resolutions performance drops ALOT and battery life sucks, i wont even mention if you are intensively using the phone, battery looks like a joke.
And those high resolutions in small screens dont even make a difference.

A number of tests have been carried out, most notably by Phone Arena, and the conclusion is that the G3 has an outstanding battery life. The phone has the best display and 2GB RAM should be perfectly fine for the phone. It can't be compared to the Note 3, which is bigger, has less ppi, and is slower.
