I have an LG3 D850 with 32Gb. I would like to upgrade it with a newer version of android. Currently 4.4.2.
The thing is, my current version does not allow upgrades. The menus fir FOTA are missing.
Any ideas ?

I love this phone. I play a lot of games on it. It does not overheat. Your phone case must let it breathe or I'm sure any phone can overheat.
The camera is great! Processor is fast! Updating the OS is easy!

The warranty is crap. Lg does not honour it. Does not even fix it, apparently fixing costs are way to high. Worst phone i have ever had.

Was the best phone I had used for quiet some time until it started restarting every now and then. Also overheats a lot. Conclusion - Disappointing!!

Everything about this phone is great except the battery.it runs a lot making the phone annoying to use.

I used this phone for a month now and it started overheating after like 10 mins of usage
I may need to get gloves for it when summer comes around

The Find 7 had the first ever 1440p screen ever on an phone.
The LG G3 achieved better battery performance and gaming framerates, when the screen resolution was lowered to 1080p or 720p.
What I thought was: why doesn't Android have a screen resolution selector in it's power saving mode? Windows had native screen resolution adjustments decades ago.
When the Note 4 came out, I contacted Samsung's support service and suggested a feature, that screen resolution could be adjusted in power saving mode.
Exactly what I imagined years is happening to devices running Android Nougat.
If I sold a phone years ago, I would make it more like computers: rotateable homescreen and lock screen, maybe a few costumizable Fn buttons as known from cameras, and adjustable screen resolution for power saving.
I wonder, how long the K10000 would survive.
The only missing thing is refresh rate! Will that come on Android O?

Well now. This stupid phone now talks to me. I get to the settings. I try to scroll. It won't let me. I need to get down to the security area , Does anyone have a suggestion..

This phone worked like a charm...for 1.5 years and then it happened. The phone out of no where stopped reading the sim. When it was unable to do it, it restarts the phone automatically, changes the language but is still not reading the sim. It intermittently reads the sim but most of the time it is not. I really liked this phone but i have no choice but to replace it. Ive heard g5 is having some issues too but i cant confirm or deny.

I have been using this phone for 5-6 months and its been a disaster ..i am using the At&t model and many of the features are blocked like wifi hotspot usb connection and others... Phone starts heating when i play some heavy games and often shuts down on its own and doesn't turn on even after i press and hold the power button so have to remove the battery and then get it started...i also found out that my Phone is refurbished so i guess this is why the problems are numerous but still the software UI is laggy and the battery lasts like 2.5 hrs from 100% to 0

I don't know why are some of you blameing Lg for the G3 and claiming samsung is better. Yes, probably some phones had problems, but that doesn't mean all G3s are crap. I have mine(855) for 2 years now and it is great. Runs like dream, never had a problem. And i am thinking of getting another phone witch will be G3 again! So samsung grenades are not that good, fanboys!

dang this phone was great until 1 morning 1 woke up with blue screen of death starts flickering never turn on then just blue screen appears and now my phone was dead shame on you lg
