Hi guys. I need some urgent help. My G3 is overheating and battery drains too fast when it heats up. I tried another genuine OEM battery and the issue is still there. I cannot afford a new phone. Any help would be highly appreciated

I have an LG G3, it doesn't over heat. Audio is fine, pictures are really good. Android 6 is likely where it will stop. Battery life is good, won't last all day if you use your phone heavily.
There is nothing about this phone that would cause me to hesitate recommending it.
If you have money and want latest and greatest, and don't mind paying for it, look elsewhere. For the price point this phone is still very good.

Worst :
Over heating on normal use with all unnecessary apps force stopped and disabled, worst battery backup, easy chance of IMEI becoming null if updating via LG PC suite and many more. Choose Samsung Note 4, 3 or J7 and stay cool.

loger, 09 Sep 2016How to upgrade kitkat to Marshmallow? Find update center in the apps then check for software updates.
If it doesn't go like that, install LG PC suite on your PC, connect your phone and check for updates that way...

loger, 09 Sep 2016How to upgrade kitkat to Marshmallow? you can either use flashtool(needs driver smartphone and G3 in Download Mode) or you can flash it through a custom recovery. Here's a good tutorial on how to do it (http://www.droidviews.com/install-stock-android-marshmallow-lg-g3-d855-using-twrp-recovery/). Any doubt, just comment.

I use LG G3 D855. I tried to update to marshmallow using LG PC suite and LG mobile support tool but every time the upgrade gets stuck at 9%.
Any solution?

For all who facing reboot/restart issues(phone itself restarts below 50% battery) root your phone with any root app in playstore. G3 is a great phone!!!

I have a problem with my Whatsapp application. Sometimes(maybe most of the times) i dont receive any notification when somebody messages me on my whatsapp even when i open the whatsapp itself. I only receive it either by turning off and on again my mobile data. Do any of had the same problem? Or is this just the problem with whatsapp?

great phone with 5.0 now with 6.0 is almost perfect! smoother user interface, better life battery just perfect !i used lg software and in 2 hours was ready to use ! i found everything as i left it ! i strongly recommend it!
