Worst "smart phone" I have ever possessed. It's been one problem after another. Now GPS location service has stopped and yesterday the WiFi function had also stopped working, won't open at all.
Anyone thinking of owing an LG phone.... Don't!!

AnonD-553470, 26 Jun 2016i have exactly the same problems ...any solutions founded plz ?I am sorry to say that I have found nothing that can help me. The only thing I have read is to put some kind of paper on the back battery or something like that which I have yet to do. If you find anything that will help these issues, I would appreciate hearing back from you.

Problems with customer support LG UK: There is a complete confusion between the agents. I suspect they don't update the case file correctly. I've sent my phone for repair for issues related for both battery and screen and only battery problems was solved.Screen was fading gradually until completely turned off. The agent said that they have to return it and I have to sent it again. This is unacceptable I stated the problems from the first telephone call. I also never got any update of the status of the repair of my phone and I always had to contact online chat support. The agent was not willing to give me contact details of a senior agent. The quality of customer service is unacceptable. Except that, I first contact LG on the 10th of June and now 27th of June nothing has been solved or any contact from LG has been made. Phone problems from day one ---- I don't recommend this phone or LG at all!!!!

NATHANI, 23 Jun 2016hi, i m also from pakistan, could you please advice me abou... moreoverall its a good phone never lags camera is good display is quite sharp even so in sunlight but it has its cons too. pre-update to android m, i installed snap chat and then the device started heating and battery drained very fast. but then i removed the snap chat and upgraded the firmware, heating issues and draining of battery has improved.

my g3 still fine after 2 years using, but after 1,5 years my g3 reboot itself and can't load to home screen without charging because the battery bulge, after i change the battery the problem done and i use it like before. But my g3 now have new and serious problem, blue screen, and i still don't know how to fix it...

g3 better than g4 g3 processor better then g4 dffrnc bt/wn g3 and g4 is screen type and ram nd leather cover

These LG Android phones are just bad. I mean terrible. They have so many software issues. Constantly shutting down and restarting. Battery life sucks. Can't wait for new contract to get out of LG. Wish I would have read all the reviews first.

After 10 months the battery died and couldn't ... moreif your read through the user manual standard life for LG G3's battery is 1.5 yrs or 18 months. yeah its quite short unfortunately. just order a new battery and the problems will be gone for good! but please buy the original battery, not the pirated or chinese one; they have a much shorter battery life!

I had two G3 , the first began to be used two months before the other.
1 year and 2 months of use it constantly rebooted , I changed the battery and normal.
My second set, exactly 2 months also showed the same failure.
This means that the battery G3 is programmed to stop after 1 year of use.

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2016I had to get another phone because it would repeatedly restart.It's the battery. Mine was like that after only 8 months and I had to replace it.

I have a G3. After 10 months the battery died and couldn't boot. Warranty for battery is only 6 months. After 16 months, I started getting the flickering and fading screen issue (Google that). Warranty is only 12 months. No LG for me anymore, sorry.
