Ouch! My almost 2-year old LG G3 suddenly shuts down yesterday while I was taking photo. When I turned it on it jut kept on rebooting. But if it is being charged via the wall charger, it does not reboot. But once I disconnect it, even 100% charged, it just kept on rebooting.
My phone is still on Lollipop.
Anyone facing the same problem? Any work around?

Will the resolution options (ability to set Mega Pixel for photos and resolution for videos like 9 MP wide, 3 MP, 1280x720, 1920x1080 etc) go away and become 4:3 and 16:9 like in G4 if 6.0 isnreleased for G3 D855?. Kindly reply.

For me, I dont need to get a new phone right now. Lg G3 is not left behind from smart phones released in 2015 and 2016. (QHD 2560 x 1440 resolution, 32 GB + 128 GB microsd, 4K video recording.) I just need to replace the battery, back cover and the tempered glass and it will look brand new again. LG G3 supports up to 128 GB maybe up to 200 GB. Yes, because it is written in the manual that it supports up to 2 TB. I'm waiting for the android v. 6.0 Marshmallow firmware upgrade. Maybe next year, If there will be some big upgrades in smart phones that will be the time to get a new phone. Im just being practical.

today i was taking a video in UHD mode. after 2min, warning msg appeared as " system detects a high temperature in your device and shout down the camera"
i think it can not take long time videos.
