If it says 8gb then its not an LG G4, Its probably a G4 Stylo, which is not the same phone.

I bought the LG G4 smartphone about 19 months ago. On February 21, 2016 LG had a mandatory update on the phone. Ever since this mandatory update I have had so many problems with this phone. Lost data, text messages, cannot make phone calls, cannot turn the phone on unless I plug it into the charger. LG is well aware of the issues their upgrade has caused over one million users of this phone. I have spent over 8 hourscin four days with my carrier Verizon trying to resolve these issues. I even called LG directly to find out when they were going to fix these issues and was told that they have no idea but thatvtheyvare working on it. I was told it could take up to 2 months or longer. This is unacceptable. I have been given temporary solutions to correct all of the problems with this phone since the mandatory upgrade. Nothing works. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. LG is the manufacturer of this phone and they do not know how to correct these issues. These phone issues/problems have effected anyone who has this phone. Worst phone I have ever purchased. Unfortunately our cell carriers do not know how to fix the problems because it is a software issue caused by the manufacturer LG ever since the mandatory upgrade. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!

i have bought a lg g4 it is causing stress because the internal memory is labelled 8gig but it is saying memory full when reached 1.5 gig of load help plz what is the problem

I swapped my Galaxy Note 4 for LG G4. WORST MISTAKE EVER! I've had nothing but problems with LG G4. The screen turns On/Off by itself and I have to remove the battery to restart the phone. I cannot send SMS. Every single day I lose signal. When I go to USA, roaming mode sometimes works (even though I am paying every month for the service) and when I come back to Mexico, I just cannot connect to any network. Authentication errors. I can continue with all that happened but it would be a waste of time. Telcel had to give me a new phone... Going back to Samsung!

Honest review. I owned LG G2 and LG Pro2 prior to owning LG G4.
Verdict: Quality is super bad.
1. Last month, it updated to new version without permission and went to infinite boot loop. Took 3 hours to finish.
2. Screen turn off by itself. Cannot turn back on. You cannot control it. Somehow, recently, it got fixed by itself.
3. This morning, it reset by itself and wont get pass logo boot screen. Tried to reset it to factory default, but it wont work either. It's dead. I've used it only for less than 2 months.
