Problem- when i restart my phone then my upper portion of the display is not working for few minutes or till my display is locked and then unlocked. Like after restarting try to drop down the notification bar from upside down. This wont work for few minutes or till display is locked and unlocked. After unlocking the device it works perfectly for few touches only.
Anyone one of you faced this problem or not . if not try once again this process. Restart the device and after restart try to drop down the notification bar .
I am facing this problem. Try and reply guys.
Mine model is H818N INDIAN UNIT. if you want than i can make a video and upload to youtube regarding this issue. And i can provide the link.

rizt, 04 Feb 20166 month old LG G4 has just died...bought it from Hongkong b... moreYou must have bought a grey market hk g4 otherwise lg would honor a international warranty even in India. Anyways if you still have your receipt you should still be able to send it to LG HK for warranty service. Yeah it will cost money to ship it there and back but no where near to the extent of USD400.

6 month old LG G4 has just died...bought it from Hongkong before its launch in India...LG customer care wants to charge Rs 25000 (USD 400) to get it done...terribly disappointing...never will buy an LG product after this...

If you just took your phone off the charger then starting off its easy for the battery to consume 60% but it will drop as you continue to use it.

help, 27 Jan 2016I love my G4, love the picture quality which is by far bett... moreDid you recently updated your phone? is your software version 20B(marshmallow)? if so, I had the same issue which I solved it, unfortunately by wipe it back to Lollipop 10f. For H815, V10F is much better than any V20a/b/c/d/e.
