Im from phillipines who say all this serial numbet 505 to 508 will brick on yur on hand not all cause my lg g4 still alive and rocking so dont belive keep the fath on yur lg phone

My lg g4 seria 505 was still ok for 7 months until now and i say im the lucky one not experiance bootloop so sad to say sorry for the unlucky one

Got the Marshmallow update last night through OTA here in Nigeria. Thank LG. My phone run apps smoother compared to before.Facebook seems to work better on Marshmallow compared to Lollipop. Overall, nice update u won't regret it.

There is no solution to the bootloop problem. Both my 505-508 series phones were bricked and had to have their motherboards replaced. Its a catastrophe for LG, but the replacement was relatively painless and they were quick to get stocks of motherboards to replace the bricked phones.
I am wondering why GSM Arena did not report this or maybe I have missed it. Almost every other LG G4 phone sold in Singapore had its mother board replaced as part of this bootloop problem.

Dears..
Anyone facing an issue in the G4 GPS locking? Sometimes when i open the maps it takes v. Long time to locate my position or if i got located quickly it doesnt detect my updated position when im driving...
Anyone got similar issue ? Is it a manufacturing issue? Or something in the OS?

If purchased from a carrier contact them for service, otherwise you'll need to contact the nearest LG service center. Apparently it's a hardware issue pertaining to a loose connection between 2 components
