You can only see Samsung promoting and advertising their phone in whatever country you're in .. Its very rare to find LG phones because they don't promote it as Samsung .. If LG started promoting then you'll start to see the difference.. And people nowadays Dont see specs, they see fancy brands like Apple and Samsung only

loso94, 05 Nov 2015I am actually very confused now and need some help from tho... moreHi loso94 G4 in my opinion is better choice by, Xperia Z3 outdated Soc Z3+nobody wants hotpotato in their pockets, what the hell SD810 is everybody knows it',S6 non expandable memory and glass build one drop and your phone going to shattered also after an update Sammys phone start laging and hangging choice is yours, currently l'm using G4 have a nice day

I am actually very confused now and need some help from those who can help, im in the process of buying a new phone and stuck between LG G4 , Samsung S6 (not edge) and the Z3 or Z3+. i have used the iphone 6 and that was a complete waste of money . please someone help me make the right choice

It's just a shame Samsung screwed up the specs. 32Gb should be the base level, it's certainly not big enough for me as my music collection takes 28Gb, documents (Insurance), Work technical guides etc another 2Gb. Photos last time I looked 6Gb.
So at the current rate of music gathering etc, I'd run out of room on a 64Gb early next year, 128Gb is essential.

I just had the most exasperating 20 minutes with LG, the people that make my cell phone. The model I have came out less than a year ago and it has a one year warranty. The cord for the phone charger crapped so I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to tell the rep. that this phone has got to be under warranty because it hasn't even been out a year yet and it has a year warranty. Then their rep. wants a receipt for a phone that hasn't even been out a year with a year warranty to prove it's within the warranty period! Unfortunately I no longer have the reciept (My fault). Then this man while still insisting that we need some information that is contained on the receipt starts to get even more nasty when I ask him what information he needs. He tells me he needs the IEI number so I tell him I have it since it's on the phone. After he hits that dead end he then tells me he needs the model number which I tell him is also on the phone so I could provide him with that as well. At this point it gets even worse when he tells me he needs the receipt to find out which model cord it is.
Having had just about enough of this person after that obvious lie since there is only one model cod I ask to speak to a supervisor. After about just enough time for the original representative has had enough time to tell the next person who gets on the line what he has told me She gets really nasty and tells me there is nothing she can do and wants to know if there's anything else she can do for me. Needless to say I told her no and hung up.
Fast forward to today:
Realizing that these people have absolutely no comprehension of what customer service is I just decide to go ahead and purchase a new one from LG since only original equipment will work with the quick charge feature in the phone, so I go to LGs website with the intention of ordering one. After quite awhile I finally find the parts ordering page and try to order and pay for one. At this point the website tells me that they do not sell this cord and gives me the phone number to their parts distributer who promptly informs me that they don't stock that part and that I need to order it from LG, the people who just told me that they don't stock it.
So here I go back on the phone with what I now refer to LG's lack of service service department and once again request to speak to a supervisor. This turns out to be the nastiest person that I have ever had to deal with in my life! When I tell him that I would like to speak to his supervisor he tells me that he is it and there is nobody above him for me to talk to. Being relatively certain that this obnoxious man is not the CEO or president of LG and when I asked him if he was he lost it and started to scream and curse at me. So ended that conversation.
I have just got off the phone with Verizon who has provided me with some contact information at the LG Corporate Headquarters in the USA and am hoping they return my call after leaving the corporate level customer service head honchos a message. The only bright spot in this whole fiasco is that Verizon informed me that while it is not original LG equipment they now carry a replacement cord which they have tested and it does conform to the requirements for fast charging and they are sending me one free of charge.

I am still hoping to see an LG future flagship with the 5.2" screen, but not taller than 138mm i.e. similar height as in LG G2. I am a LG G2 user since 2013. Till now i have tried many types of flagship phones, but i can say that LG G2 still remains the best pocketfriendly, one-hand usable and battery endurance phone.
