Would you mind to retest the Audio quality for the G4 ... GSM Arena ??
After I got the 180 MB update, I think the audio quality become better but I don't have your means to check that out.

It says here that the G4 does QI wireless charging stock, but it does not, it requires the quick circle case to wireless charge

I went to the Agency and they said it need just to reprogram and they done it after taking it for two days, but all issues keep showing up from time to time and I can't prove it to them :(
My main issues are:
1_ vibration stop working suddenly and back to work after a while, BUT I HAVE NOTICED IT WORK WHEN I SHAKE IT !!!
2_Lagging and not responding sometimes.
3_ getting slow while typing on keyboard sometimes.
4_ Not able to wake up the phone sometimes by double tap the screen.
5_ battery take more than 2 hours to fully charged although all features are off and even application.
6_ when I post something on website or sending an Email, these codes appear in my paragraph ((
)) ((('))) between words like Don't, can't and even when adding new line by clicking "Enter".
I sent more than 10 E-mails to LG Customer support but this is their helpless reply:

Anyone who takes this phone does not have a chance to repent. The only difference is that on this phone does not stand logo Samsung, iPhone or Sony, but "usually" LG ..... advertising and marketing are a miracle with Samsung
