It's a fact that we have it removable, but still they could use a bigger battery to power the device for longer time with just one battery. My Galaxy S5 is a beast on battery life, i love LG and i really want to return back to it but this is making me a step behind.

54hours is the best battery if its true.
My phone's battery lasted only for about 4hrs sometimes 3.5hrs only.
Im using xperia z2.
The important is real time usage not the stanby time.
I don't buy a phone just to observe how long its battery for stanby.
I buy phone for to use it everyday every hour.
G4 's browsing time is almost 8hrs that's morethan enough. Talk time 16hrs morethan enough.
And what about the Extra battery?
What is the use of an exrta battery?
Think about it.

This is about how efficient the Exynos in the s6 is compared to Snapdragon on g4. Note: GSMArena measures batterylife at 50% brightness. G4 (at 50%) - 108nits S6 (at 50%) - 208nits S6 - 2550mAh G4 - 3000mAh Also consider that 808 is just like half as powerful as Exynos 7420. So, looking at this it looks like LG G4 should have like 50% more battertlife. For browsing: G4 - 474 mins - 3000mAh = 9.48 sec/mAh S6 - 656 mins - 2550mAh = 15.44 sec/mAh Don't forget S6 is doing this with double brightness and higher performance. For video: G4 - 443 mins - 3000mAh = 8.86 sec/mAh S6 - 732 mins - 2550mAh = 17.22 sec/mAh Now, make your own decision. The facts give you obvious picture, it's not something to argue about.

I really was about to buy this phone, but i hate phones with terrible battery life, and for me this is the only bad point of G4 .

The M9 comes with a 20mp camera, but in camera comparisons, it fails - according to Phone Arena, where a test was done with the LG G4, Galaxy S6, M9, iPhone 6 Plus, Xperia Z3, and Motorola Droid Turbo, The G4 came out as the best, showing that it has the superior camera. It also has a removable battery, which is bigger than the M9's, it has a higher resolution screen than the M9, and even the front facing camera is better than the M9's front facing camera. Where the M9 is more suited for gaming, the G4 is more suited for photography.

Sometime years back at a MWC it was resolved by majority of Mobile phone Manufacturers to have a Universal Charging port for every mobile phone in order to stop the proliferation of multiple , different types of Chargers. It was a very good step. Similarly why there cannot be a unilateral declaration on the package of each and every mobile the CONTRAST ratio of its display and the SPEAKER AUDIO Volume similar to the Voltage and Power ratings on each Electric Bulb.
This will help the users to make up their mind depending upon their personal sensitivity to these these two aspects of the pproduct.
Otherwise there can be certain independent agencies who should give ratings on these two aspects.
