mine was LG G4 H812 canada ,as now , so far the overheating issue just felt it warmer but never popups the overheating notification , the battery drainage i think its not so severe , it will last 15-16 hour on standby and overall 6 hour on screen playtime . my concern is , the bootloop issue , hopefully my LG will continue to live ... please pray for it , its been two years since july 2015 . really love the camera and the screen , also its business class design , just nice . but the battery .... the struggle is hard man ..

Managed to sort the bootloop. Mine was not that severe though, i got a minute or two of ussage before the "oveheating" msg, somethimes it didnt even boot.
ROOTing the phone and underclocking / disabling the big cores made the problem go away. Even with underclocked cores phone is working very good ! But still angry at LG, never again!

Anonymous, 29 Jul 2017Bootloop issue. LG never again.My LG G4 got a boot-loop as well. My warranty expired in October 2016. So, I called the LG to see how much it would cost to fix that. They told me that boot loop repairs are free of charge. They paid for shipping. Today, after less than two weeks I got the phone back. It works great. The only complain is that it's IMEI changed and it is locked again to Koodo (the original provider). I had to pay 6.99 CAD to unlocked it.

no doubt it's a beautiful phone, but avoid it like the plague due to really bad QC on LG's part doesn't matter what model you get it's a time bomb waiting to happen

Apple and Samsung sucks too because they're much hyped with their price tag lol. Don't put a veil of what happened to the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 *BLEWED OFF*... "alteast bootloop is safe and doesn't risk your life"
P.S. Nothing is perfect and everything and every one of us has flaws. *POOP and PISS* are flaws too in case you might act as a narcissistic LOL.

It started with the terrible batter life (from day one), after 10 days first "OVERHEATING" mesage. After 2 weeks it is bootlooping due to overheating. It is hard to belive that they made a flagship model that is faulty. SHAME SHAME SHAME !

This phone sucks. It absolutely sucks. The first one I had randomly stopped working completely while I was using it as navigation for foodservice deliveries. They sent me a new one. Now, mine dies every time I try to take a picture. My advice? Opt for a Samsung. Itll be better to you, I promise.

Generally LG could have been the best brand on earth but the batteries.I got the H810 AT&T bt here in Africa the internet connection is poor.bt the rest are fine
