This is the fastest Android device I ever used. Very little bloatware. Phone never crashes. I bought a reburbished US991 model unlocked from B and H. Had it more than 1 year. I can't complain. B and H and LG did a good job recertifying this phone considering there are reported issues if you buy it from a retail store or your wireless carrier. Love the IR remote control, the leather stitched cover, fast charging, multi screen, Camera eats the Iphone 6 to pieces. Suprisingly no technical glitches or issues to complain about. This is a lesson to show you to never buy a new phone in the store. Buy it refurbished only and when its one year old and the bugs are all gone.

DO NOT BUY - It has a bootloop due to bad manufacturing, it's incredible they are still selling this phone.

Good Device. I am using G4 H811 since 1 month. No Fault. Awesome Camera Result. Average Battery Timing. Good Experience.

My G4 used for 10 months and went into bootloop, LG service centre quoted me for AUD$250 to change the motherboard! X#(#%*#O
LG washing machines seems ok, but no more LG electronics for me for rest of my life
Its a bad phone in high price

I have an issue couple of months ago. I have recorded a relatively long video, afterwards it started being slow and errors showed up. Until one day it shut down and I could not turn it on again. I have changed the battery, but still. LG system is weak enough to make the phone last for a little bit over a year until the manufacturer warranty end so you can not ask them to fix it. I do not care about the phone itself, but the data in it. So dissapointed LG.

it is completely bulshit . i use get a three mouths three days ago it just shutdown and i tried to start it. it is not starting and i tried every thing to fix it but didn't.

I had my G4 for just over a year when it went into bootloop. LG refused to repair it even after they admitted it was a dedign fault. Will never buy any of their products again in the future.

I've had mine for 5 months and is the worst phone I've ever had, overheats a lot and battery drains way too much and now it's bootlooping cause of motherboard issues, it'll be replaced for free since LG made a recall but never buying from LG again

Both my wife and I have the same phone - G4. Hers boot-looped within one year of purchase, a couple months ago. Now, just yesterday, my phone boot-looped, but beyond the one year purchase warranty. I paid $700 for this thing. This was my first experience with a LG product, and my last.

Kids, stop raging. I have this phone for 1 year and i had no single problem with it. Those who have problems don't blame manufacturer, at leats lg's not exploding like samsungs. Any way im happy with my g4 and i'm goig to hold it longer.

Got mine yesterday from the service..
I faced bootloop 11 months after I purchased it..
New motherboard's production date 10nth of 2016..2 more years motherboard guarante..
Hope everything goes fine now..
I really love that device..But...
