Good news is "LG is committed to repairing all phones presenting with this issue."
Not sure how easy for you to reach to LG support.

It wont turn back on whatever I did. So I took it to a service center and they told me it was bootloop. When I asked for details they wont provide any clear answers and told me to leave the phone and they'll contact me in a week. wth?

I used it last May, upgraded to V20E for a month, I found out my battery started to swell 1mm, it's not significant number, but you can feel the hump on the battery. No wonder LG offered secondary battery at launch.

Just talked to LG Rep for Bootlock problem. Living on West Cost of Canada and LG Service Center on East Cost of Canada LG will not bear shipping cost at the start as per LG Rep. but after heated exchange of words they agreed to bear shipment cost. I bought the phone from Wind /Canada Network now on FIDO so no loaner phone by any network and LG Will not provide any phone. It Sucks...... have to stay without phone for atleast 15 days...
really sucks please avoid LG products really have bad experience with their service at least in Canada. Product is one thing and service is another. Bad Service LG....

I suggest S6 is the best phone to use now...this S6 is my 3rd phone i bought...i can say that this is the best phone to use officially and casualy

Hi,
I searching now a new mobile phone. I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 since march. It has a problems with basics smartphone activity and I'm tired and bored with it.
Fast question:
1) Huawei P9
2) Samsung S6
3) Sony Xperia Z*
4) LG G4
I expecting good camera, fluently OS, descent battery.. I know, this combo is too match ;-)
