Do not get this phone. Freezes and dies. I'm on my second and after1 month the same problem. Waiting for a Samsung in the mail. Don't think this one will last another2 days tho.I'm going to smash it with a hammer as soon as I can get my information off of it. A 550.00 piece of crap

I have been owning this phone since May 2015, it is giving me headache. Bootloop in 6 months and got it replaced with new unit, then no unlocked bootloader (I am using TWN unit) and the stock rom is laggy as hell. The V20E firmware is draining battery now I am getting 14 hrs max of normal usage.
I don't care if it gets Android 7.0 or not, LG needs the battery and circuit board problem first.

For example, if serial number starts with 505, it means the year is 2015 and the month is May. Buy the one that starts with 509, 510, or onwards.

I love and hate it. The internal antenna leaves a little to be desired and it has some issues with overheating. I actually had to get it replaced due to it heating up to much. You can run into that with any phones at times. The camera is a plus and it functions well if you use a different launcher than the lg default. I have always been a nexus fan but strayed to see what lg had to offer. I would not strongly recommend it but can not say it has been a completely bad experience.

I lost everything stored in my phone including all the pics I had just taken over the weekend at my dads memorial service. The phone is still under warranty and I sent it to be fixed. My repaired phone will be back to me this Friday and this new motherboard better not crash either. I will be done with Lg if it does since this is a MAJOR defect with these phones and they are well aware of it.

Do you suggest getting nexus 5x or lg g4? The price is about the same but my main problem is that g4 is a little too big for me.
