LG have great customer service. I bricked mine loading cyanogenmod and it was fixed and mailed back to me with in 2 weeks. I bought it from Woot.com referb.

LG G4 is the greatest phone I ever had. I bought a qualcom quick charge wall adaptor and powerbank to charge 75% quicker than the standard adaptor and powerbank，battery can fully charge a dead phone in 20min. I have the dualsim version of G4 that have an advantage to new phone today which a hybrid simslots (i.e.G5 and S7).The main disadvantage of hybrid SIM slot is that it limits your phone functionality i.e. you can either use your smartphone as a dual SIM phone or you can expand the storage through microSD card. You can cannot use both these features simultaneously which is a major drawback of hybrid SIM slot.

The phone is horrible and LG will not respond to any repair request or emails i would not have a nother one. I would tell anyone to stay away from this phone its not worth ot at all. I am very unhappy with it.

I am using it since a month. I love this phone. everything is very nice with this phone.
Awesome camera,speed and ok battery life.

Finally my LG G4 failed too. Yes, that bootloop thing happened. In my oppinion LG G4 was a greak phone with an amazing camera but due to these mainboard malfunction due to overheating (aka bootloop) and ghostscreen issues this phone is definitely not worth for buying. Mine lived 9 months. At first failure request your money from dealer by a service report. Now I am using LG G5, I hope same things will not happen to this new phone.

G4 is an awful and ridiculous phone. I bought the phone during the 2015 summer and it did no take long before it starts force closing apps and rebooting by itself. I absolutely do not recommend LG G4; there are better places for you to waste your money.

Sprint ny the way is telling me i cant switch phones cause of my contract but guess what i will not be with sprint when my contract is up

After 1/2 week at a service, with that bootloop/not wanting to start problem, they gave me a Galaxy S6 to replace the G4... bb G4.

The G4 is a great phone and I'd recommend it to anyone, but the same thing happened to my LG G4 H815 and I'm stuck in a bootloop. LG will repair this hardware fault under warranty at no cost.

This is apparently less likely to be a problem with hardware revision 1.1, so my advice to potential buyers would be to ensure that they get a very recent version of this phone and confirm the hardware rev is 1.1, if possible. There are also a couple of more technical fixes you can carry out yourself, if you want to, but the safest way is to get LG to replace the motherboard.

failed after 4 months. returned it for repair. Now they are saying they cant get the part needed for another two weeks. Really expected LG products to be much more reliable. Customer service was not responsive. Do not bother with LG

Honestly I just got this phone today and I'm already hating it, it has terrible battery life and the phone overgeats, also it takes over 8 hours to charge fully do not buy this phone cannot wait until my lease is up so I can get a new phone

A classic example how to loose a happy customer. I bought this phone for myself and my 2 nephews. We all loved the phone. After the latest automatic Andriod upgrade on the AT&T network, the phone started crashing/freezing/rebooting. I will not buy LG again.
Switching back to Samsung.
