First came the bootloop problem which was fixed free within warranty. Next, the battery gave up only 14 months after purchase. Third, they supplied a charger which took 10 hours to complete the charge. Paid USD 35 for samsung high speed charger which is excellent. Why they supply useless charger do not undetstand
Three reasons why I will never buy another lg phone, and get a samsung instead.

Just be happy if you can get your data off it. Try either the hair dryer method or the freezing method to try to get your G4 to turn on for enough time to get your data off it. There are several videos on YouTube.

Swiping right or left won't load next photo. I had to restart my phone for gallery to work again. It would happen couple of times a day. And yes i was using san disk class 10 32 gb card. Now im using samsung 64gb card and i don't have any problem now.
