If your LG G7 is a USA version, you cannot update the Android if you are operating the phone outside of the USA. Hong Kong and Korean versions update anywhere.

Im recently purchased lg g7 indian version. Then last week i got update after that i have issues with my earpiece 2 of out 5 calls the earpiece produce sound like damaged speaker (bad sound) also changing battery saving mode it take almost 2 min same thing happens when i off battery saving mode. Anybody facing same issu?

Mine is Korean version and got android 10 beta which is run very smooth. It keeps updating frequently until stable version is released which makes me happy

Horrible and keeps getting worse! Software updates break basic functionality such as Do Not Disturb. It fails to give notifications, sound controls are in too many places to find what you need, sometimes it won't even let me answer a phone call, other times, it won't let me record video because something is using the microphone- it won't tell me what. Most infuriating of all is every time I try to hit the home button, it throws up a "pick your launcher" screen. Every.Time.
