Older LG phones ... moreThis phone is fantastic in every aspect,if you compare to others in the same price range it kicks every other phone's ass down literally, awesome display,good cameras,decent sound,SD 855 chip,checks all boxes specification wise,not to mention the battery performance which is amazing IAM getting around 6 hrs SOT out of the battery consistently and still 15 to 20% left.
Just correct me if I am wrong is there any phone match this one's performance with the same price?
The most neglected underrated phone ever😉

This is a downgraded phone that is trashy. Older LG phones have FM radio, a compass app, better sound quality, better privacy from Google, no phone notch that makes wide videos look trashy, a silenced camera app that could be used for people who have been kidnapped, no sounds when the LG phones are being turned on to keep people from being disturbed when they're trying to sleep, better quality pictures from the camera app, no forced screen timeout that turns off the screen that's bad for users who are trying to cook and read recipes at the same time with their LG G8s ThinQ, and there is no improvement in the default File Manager app nor the default Music apps to make them be more useful for practical tasks. LG G8s ThinQ is a trashy toy that is a downgrade from its predecessors. Also, the LG company isn't updating the hardware in LG phones. Which is why I don't intend on having any hope for the LG company. I downloaded apps to mute the camera app, to force the screen on so I could be able to cook and read recipes more easily without having to charge my phone in Developer Mode, use a compass, have a better app for listening to music, have a better File Manager app, and to listen to the FM radio and I downloaded all of those apps without any intrusive advertisements because I want to fight for my privacy from Google advertisments and the governments that promote online surveillance to brainwash people.

There is no FM radio available with this phone! I tried the LG FM radio APK, but no success so far.

Bought this smartphone 7 months ago and after 7 months I was traveling towards home from somewhere. while traveling, I was about to reach my home for 5 mins suddenly rain got started and it was heavily rained while reaching to home so my mobile was in my pocket and on the way I got totally showered and my phone too was like all over water on it so it was in the night I thought it's an IP68 rating waterproof smartphone so I think nothing will happen I dry up the mobile with cotton cloth neatly and In the morning while I was eager to use my mobile & I used it for more than 1 hr & suddenly my mobile display was like varying its brightness and color I got shocked and like what the hell happened to my mobile, the screen was dimming black and white for 2-3 hours and mobile got switched off then I tried it to charge and switch ON but it was not responding. so I kept the phone in rice bag for 2 days even though it didn't helped out so I handed over to customer care. so it is still under service

Battery lasts one day for me, camera is pro, no lag etc. I think that is the best option for this price. Only con , it takez 2 hours for full charge.
