Now that MM is finally out for unbranded models too, do you guys think we have any chances of getting Nougat update next year? I mean, i've heard that even LG G3 might get Nougat update and it's older than G Flex 2 but then again, G3 was a much bigger success for LG than G Flex 2.

Where are you located?
I am trying for update of friends LG G Flex 2 H995 European unbranded handset purchased off Expansys UK Brand new.
It is still only 5.1.1 i'm in England United Kingdom.
Keep getting excuses from LG Uk blaming Google for late or no updates.
Please help with information.

No Android 6 here. Tried via PC suite and OTA. I am from UK.

I just installed android 6.0.1 on my g flex 2, I must say,my device is now so much faster then before. Ux is the same like on lg g4. To update your device you must install lg suite. I am from Serbia.

Just installed marshmello and the phone feels different soo fast, no lag, improved brightness min and max. A lot of cool new features and and a better looking UI. I don't bealive there is a better unlocked phone on the market for 250 €. This update solved all the broblems with the g flex 2.Buy it while is hot.(BTW Not that hot anymore.)

My friend has H955 European Variant of LG Flex G2 but there is no Android 6.0 for it and neither him nor myself think LG have any intention of bringing out update as they keep saying its google who will provide it.

Lg work hard on this phone. For me it was good with lollipop but now it's even better, you can feel the difference. Just remember always do factory reset. It's running much cooler. Lg you have done good job.
