I have had a few problems with the LG G Stylo. A lot has to do with minor things but my phone has been flickering a lot. There was a point where my entire phone was flickering and I couldn't see anything. I ended up doing a complete restart and now I treat the phone with kid gloves even thought it still flickers. I don't want to avoid doing things with my phone just so it could work decently. This is not a great phone nor a good phone. I don't think they put much effort into this. Now I don't know what to do with it. I have the insurance via MetroPCS but I have to pay for anything. It's such a pain. This phone needs a recall. I think since they knew it was mainly going to be a "cheaper" phone they didn't care how it came out. Shame. Recall this phone.

Ive only had my lg g stylo since feb. Many of my txt never go thru. My gps drops all the time & the worst part is the flickering screen. Im a nurse & need my phone for the apps. Its such a horrible phone. Please recall & allow us all to have a diff lg phone. If not i will be switching to anything but LG!

My Phone do what it want to do it wants to do ,, I have to wait its crazy, some times it is quicker to make a phone call than text . I've only had this phone 6 months
Recall please , then the retailers are acting as though tehy are doing us a favor

I get text messages a day or two later. I can't watch videos posted on fb. Screen flickers. It has a delay of some kind when opening apps. Runs really slow. Sad thing is I have 3 of these POS phones and all 3 suck.

I have contacted the warranty department because my phone is still under warranty if you have this phone for less than a year your phone is still under warranty the warranty department is even worse they told me it would be best to go through my insurance because the warranty department does not send you a replacement phone while they attempt to fix your phone you can send in the LG Stylo to your warranty department but you will not have a replacement phone that is a big inconvenience for me I need a replacement phone so they instructed me to go through my insurance company where I will have to report it as a damaged phone and I know that will cost me a deductible that I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay when I just got this phone and it's still under warranty the this is ridiculous recall this phone asap

This phone absolutely sucks they need a recall recall... this phone asap my keyboard disappears when I'm typing on any Avenue whether it's Facebook or text my keyboard disappears what type of stuff is this I've never experienced anything like this something is wrong with this phone and I had to reboot. I don't want to reboot my phone again I should not have to reboot my phone again I lose a lot of data when I reboot my phone this is a real inconvenience somebody please help me recall this phone asap... phone freezes all the time I have to turn the phone off all the time... if you pull up the map and you're navigating you cannot check your text or check a phone call if so the map disappears and you have to go back in and open the maps app up again to navigate that is very dangerous when you're driving also I drive for Uber and Lyft I cannot listen to music and navigate it won't let me any other phone you were able to have your navigation on and have your music play and your navigation will play over your speaker it will come to your speakers in your car this phone is not allowing me to do that...while Google Maps navigation is running if you play music that's on your phone the map will disappear....what is happening???

9 days of use since new and the screen froze, right after swipe open. bought it as a option phone for Cricket Service.

I've had this phone for about 7 months now on the sprint network and I must say this phone absolutely sucks. I love the screen size and the camera but not being able to receive text or picture messages is the reason I hate this phone. It's acting up while I'm typing this post. LG you dropped the ball on this one. I'm going back to Samsung.

I had LG G Stylo for just a few days, returned it due to freezing screen issues. Had to reboot it several times and every time it froze. Never expected LG to come out with this type of crap.
I had Moto G which worked fine,now I got Moto X Play and no issues with Moto.

This is the second LG stylo from cricket, both have the same problems. Can't upgrade to 6.0 Marshmellow. LG released it to Cricket in March. Both Cricket and LG say to do a factory reset and the new software 6.0 should download, but no success. Will speak to a supervisor at LG on Monday for a resolution. Had the phone 2 days, could return it, but would lie to keep the phone. May send it to LG for repairs in lieu of Cricket warranty repair.
