AndyB, 16 Feb 2010I bought one of these phones a month ago. It has some good ... moreI'm having exactly the same experience. The LG people claim that they don't know about it. I'm going back to the T Mobile shop who say that they'll have to send it off for a repair rather than replacing it. I've managed to speak to a customer service person. He was very understanding but unable to resolve the problem.

The absence of support and the insider "guidance" are astounding.

AshNZ, 18 Feb 2010phone should come with manual in box if not you probably pu... moreOne of the main problems with this phone is that the manual is entirely inadequate and the website is utterly dreadful -- it seems to have used electronic translation from Korean or something and for anything useful you have to find your local customer service people. I can't believe how bad the basic online support is. It's a classic example of a website written by insiders for insiders.

I bought this phone today so I haven't really had any major problems with it but,I know this sounds stupid but how do I turn off the key pad sounds without turning the phone on silent?

I had this phone - it was awful - DO NOT BUY!! the screen kept going white, wouldn't record my calls and keep reading my texts.

It has been repaired 3 times and have it replaced once, don't waste your energy with this phone!

Hi, how do i connect the phone to a computer speaker if i wana listen to music instead of using the earpiece? Do i have to get a seperate connection for that?

i love everything about this phone i just have one problem.......it turns itself off after bout half an hour of not using it. Is there a fault or something i,ve missed cannot find anything in the bits of paper it came with. It has a full battery too. Any help would be much appreciated . Thank you

I bought one of these phones a month ago. It has some good points but the service and support from LG is diabolical. They sell the phones but once sold do not give a damn about the purchaser. I have tried every day to find a user manual for it but it doesn't exist. Also, my phone is permanently on loudspeaker and no amount of fiddling with the phone (because no user manual) will turn it off. Overall? I'm going to buy another phone and it won't be an LG.

I cant conne... moreJust wondered if you got your manual downloaded, I've tried quite a few times and been disappointed that it never quite manages to succeed so I too am left with pics I can't upload to my pc and music which I can't put in the phone? Any ideas?

I have had this phone for a few weeks now. I also purchased the 2gig mem card for it and a Bluetooth Motorola Headset.
On paring the 2 together so I can accept calls and listen to music while on the go I found out that the phone every now and again turns itself off. I then need to remove the battery and re-insert it then go through the paring again. I took the phone back to the local 02 shop where I had bought it from and they sent it away to be looked at. This phone now has been sent back twice and had the software updates done. Yesterday I went back to the shop as they had rung me saying that a new phone was waiting for me so I went to collect it. I stayed in town to test it but after about half an hour it turned of again like the old phone so no difference. I am now waiting around for another week to pass to see if I can have a different phone.
I have checked that the headset is fully compatible with the phone by calling Motorola and LG and they both said the phone and headset were fully compatible.

Overall it is a good phone for the money,but I have a problem I cannot write text messages on it.Everytime I go into write message and key in the letters they come up totally different.I have tried everything but the problem remains unsolved.
