i have a problem.after make a photo, appear a question if i want to send the photo.the question is how to make that doesn't appear this question.in rest it is a wonderfull phone for all point of view.

hey everybody...does anyone know why does the screen blanks when it rings and how i can fix it?bcz i cannot even c who is calling me...and i also can't figure out how to answer a phone call...the screen goes black when it rings and it's also locked...how am i supposed to push any key to answer?

You will see the edit option to edit a contact. Cheers. Nice phone. I love to use it

rob, 19 Oct 2009cant edit contacts, i use fully all the info you can add...... moreHi Rob, just to let you know if no one has pointed it out to you yet, contacts can be edited after you have added them. To do so, tap on the contact name you wish to edit then under the number is a few options. There will be voice call, send message and video call. Press and hold the video call while sliding your finger to the left. It will open a few more options including the edit option. This will be the exact same to forward a message. Open up the message then press and hold the options on the bottom and slide to the left. The phone is a capacitive touch screen instead of a resistive touch screen. If you wanted a phone that could use a stylus, you should have done some research first as a resistive touch screen will allow you to use a stylus. Just a little reminder on the side, a phone camera can only do so much so don't expect it to be able to do everything. If you wanted to be able to zoom in HD video, you should buy a real camera. As for your tom tom, I would suggest doing some research again on the phone you wish to buy before you buy it. Applications will be hard to find for the phone because it is still fairly new. It has only been out for 7 months. If you want a phone with a lot of downloadable apps available find a phone that has been out for some time longer. That will also solve your research issues as there would already be a lot of information out on it. I have to agree with you about the phone lag when you take a picture though. It is disappointing about how long it takes to actually take a picture. I hope I answered some of your questions, but you really can't be allowed to be disappointed with a phone you buy when you fail to find out about the phone before you buy it. If you don't do the research, you have to leave yourself available for disapointment.

I can connect Wi-fi in my house whith this phone. What I can't do it's save a contact from a message or a call that I have just received. Does anyone know how to do it?

Davy, 10 Oct 2009i have a LG Viewty Smart and when someone calles, my screen... moreThe problem is the proximity sensor. Basically it has been configured incorrectly, that's why it fails to detect when it's near the ear or at viewpoint. Do the following carefully, but be warned, this is offered without warranty.
1. On the phone keypad enter the following code: 1809#*900# to bring up the engineering settings menu. 2. Scroll down to the entry called OTHERS and select it.
3. Scroll down this menu to the entry called PROXIMITY and select it.
4. You should see three options: Enable, Disable & Start Calibration
5. Select Start Calibration - after a few seconds it will return a new figure (mine was 3627)
6. BACK right out of the menu system, and make a test call - it should blank the screen when you hold it to your ear (or when you hold a finger near the sensor), but come back on again when you remove it.
THIS SHOULD FIX IT! All the best.
