3.5mm jack ? Hello? I almost started to think we had the basics covered
1.5 gb internal is very low for a D1 recording phone.
(actually for a any phone these days)
Hope the battery life is better than the Arena though.
Overall, nice work LG. They've established themselves very nicely this year.

having actually had a LG Viewty old one. i think this is a great upgrade. it looks good. and seem to have clever features. my only niggle its took this long to come out. i have an lg secret and love it. and now they upgraded that to KF757 with bloody wifi. oh i cant wait to upgrade again.
hopefully this time all these super cool phones will be available on Orange UK. so full marks to LG. i am a great fan.

can i change th... moreIn answer to your question java is a very underestimated way of powering devices such as there fabulous multimedia devices. Unless you specifically require to be constantly adding third party applications to a mobile java is more than adequate and some would argue is more stable at times. You can of course add java apps like the outstanding opera mini browser. This device although not running on a more familiar os will probably be as home he not superior to a other smart phones. Just look at the specifications on it! This proves that the difference between a smart phone running windows, etc, and other types of phones including java powered devices is now practically non-existent.

unfortunatly it is average.. if its battery life you require your best off looking for a sony erricson,, especially the w595 for sumreason the battery life is one of the best for a 3G phone

Q: Are there dedicated buttons for Call, Cube, and End Call like the Arena? (There must be coz it has the same UI as the Arena but I dont see them in the pictures) Where are they located? or are these buttons not touch? I see a square (cube) at the center of the silver 'lining or button' at he buttom of the screen... Tnx...
