Dont know why but earlier models used to support BG radio playback. Nothing a good firmware update can't fix. About format support, i've played m4a and AAC audio without any problems. I'm using mp4 videos on my handset. It does support 320x240 and 176x144 resolutions. I've also tried out 25fps which is morethan enough to give smooth video playback without increasing the filesize much..

Tell me... is it the fact that LG accessories are better in quality than Nokias? My GM 200 is made in India and it's accessories are made mostly in China. But the quality is at the highest standards.

The main factor that determines the loudness of the headset is the phone's loudness itself. Under normal listening conditions, you only need to use half the volume available on the phone and if you wanna use it on a very noisy environment, there is enough and more volume to go around. The earphones produce natural sound which is much soothing to the ears. I'd say this is enough for any average user. The battery backup is superb. The battery lasts two days no matter how hard you abuse the phone. This includes listening to music at full volume via the speakers, hours of file transfer via blurtooth, a minimum of 8 hours of music through earphones, lots of message sending and playing around with the ringtone creator and image editor. For a normal usage, the battery lasts a minimum of four days.

lg gm200 is a very handy mobile which can be got in cheap rate with more facilities. the dolby effect is nice and the head set provided with the mobile is very amazing our ears.the wireless radio is also very amazing in this mobile. it is the very best mobile in sound effects.every mobile has a draw back but this phone has no draw back. gm200 is best of all in this range......

haha, 29 Sep 2009this the phone for the poor like nevin joseph.. haha! ur de... moreSome information about LG , it created LG cookie first, way before the Samsung star but Samsung star is the star now no one even looks at cookie...so think who is intelligent here "Samsung", even Samsung 3500 is gaining popularity LG does not seems to make "life good".
