Can i watch you tube videos on GS 290? If yes then i am not able to watch the videos. When i click on watch video then it show connection error.

this phone works great the only thing it should come with a key pad other then that i luv my phone!!!!!!!!

One of the stupid mobile i had ever seen...Very bad touch calibration, frequent on and off of the mobile, hanging of the phone suddenly and ETC....i suggest better not to buy this Mobile......

Gail, 30 May 2011I bought GS290 mobile and somehow I am doing something wron... moreI had the same problem. later i took it to the customer care of our sim card suppliers. Ours is Bmobile. For u it could be docomo or airtel. Take there and get working.

It doesn't have an accelorometer. Apart from that it is pretty good. Although I spent a little while hunting around for the ringtones etc.

I buy this mobile on february, 2011....Really i love my mobile(LG GS290, which i bought first mobile in my life....There is no fault of this mobile....whatever the LG company have added it to use....is.good...but, the same time....you have to love your mobile and don't angree with this.....My Rating of this mobile 10/9...

hey, I have had this phone for nearly a year now and it has been very good to me.It is really good if you like to personalize your phone a lot and i found that it had pretty good service. The price of them has come down quite a fair bit now and is a very good price for a touch phone. I do have however a couple of problems with it. 1)Lately it has started to freeze up on me, not too often but it is starting too get annoying now.2)The internet on it is quite slow and it would be great if the phone had 3g 3)I also love texting and it would be heaps easier if the phone had a slide out qwerty but it does have an on-screen one that you can choose to use which is good. Overall for the price it is a really good all-round phone.

The LG GS290 is a nice phone. I have faced problem with the touch pad calibration though...but got it corrected as the phone was in warranty. Multiple screen is nice.Sound quality gr8. Camera Ok-Ok.Touchscreen Gesture to access diff features is really cool. was not able to access mails, FB was accessible.

Okay, the screen is properly working again.. probably connected with the earphone plug-in thing, since when I tried using the earphones, the screen went back to normal. Bye.

Goddamit.. at first this phone was pretty much great.. and, well, then the touchscreen stopped working.. thanks, LG. The screen itself is showing an image and all, but the TOUCHscreen is not working properly. When I click on the left side of the screen it jumps at the right or something similar.. well, not much time, gotta go.. hope you don't buy this crappy phone, if I have an update on the status, I will comment and all.
