Anonymous, 13 Aug 2010hi there motoman....thank god you're here..about YOUR TUTOR... moreI think the only way to eliminate successfully these sounds is via BlueSoleil, but from what I've seen in several forums, this tutorial has more rate success when done in Windows XP.
It seems that anyone who tries to do this in Windows Vista or Windows 7 has had problems with BlueSoleil and therefore can not do what is described in the tutorial, that means they can not access the internal files of GT505 and can not eliminate the sounds.
Therefore to do this is better in Windows XP.

Photos taken at night or in places with low light are not very clear but this is normal in a mobile-phone, but I think the photos taken in these conditions are acceptable.

jade, 12 Aug 2010does the flash of the camera works good at night? If you use the flash to photograph something that reflects light or if you take a photo near of that object, the photo probably will get burned/damaged.
Now if you take a photo of something that does not reflect light or take the photo a bit away from the object, generally the photo in this situation will be fine.

jodel ramil, 27 Jul 2010how can we remove one of the shutter sound..im rily irritat... moreWhat am I going to explain that when taken seriously do not run any risk of damaging your phone is not hard to do, but have to be careful not to remove what should not, because if they do,it only returns to normal flashing the phone.
The process is to eliminate some sound files corresponding to the sounds that you want remove, you can eliminate all sounds of the phone but I do not advise doing that.
Tutorial to remove the sounds of photo-camera, video-camera, low battery and others on LG GT505
Let's start by downloading the software Bluesoleil
Link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XPK30XJU
This software tends to give problems to install and most users can not get it to install without making some changes in Windows before.
1º In Windows go to Start - Control Panel - System - Hardware tab - Signature of Controlling - and here you select "Prompt"
2º Then install the Bluesoleil, when appear the windows asking if you still want to continue with the installation, always choose "Yes"
3º If for any reason during the installation of BlueSoleil appears the warning "Do not passed the Windows Logo testing and can not proceed with the installation" you have to rename the CatRoot2 folder which is in C: / Windows / System32 to CatRoot2a and then return to try to install BlueSoleil.
4º If perhaps they have even rename and can not do that because a window appears saying that the files are being used you have to end/terminate the processes that are in that folder and to do that I used Unlocker tool.
Link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=REU35608
Is a very useful and easy application to use, after installation is accessible by clicking the right mouse button on any file or folder and in this case will serve to terminate the process and also to rename this folder, this application does both.
5º When BlueSoleil is already installed begin by removing the memory card from the GT505 and then have to pair via bluetooth the GT505 with the BlueSoleil software, begin by selecting the mode visible on the phone in the options of bluetooth and in BlueSoleil go to the tab "My bluetooth" and click on "Bluetooth Device Discovery" for the software to search for devices, when to find your GT505 wait that the search for devices ending, and click right mouse button on top of it (GT505) and choose "Pair" or "Connect" something like that and then just put a code will be your choice to pair both on your PC / Laptop as the GT505.
6º After that will go back to Tab "My bluetooth" and now choose "bluetooth service discovery" and supported services will pop up in more prominent relief, when that happens you have to click with the right mouse button on the "File transfer service bluetooth" is the 5th symbol from the left and do connect, accept on the phone and when they do this will appear a window of BlueSoleil and on top in the address bar of this window write the following " \ .. \" without the quotes, the first bar will already be there so you just have to add that "..\ " without the quotes of course and click on Enter on your keyboard, will appear all the hidden folders from GT505.
7º Standing in front of our eyes all these folders will double-click the folder "Midis" and then double-click in the folder "EffectSnd", and it this folder that you will eliminate the sounds you want, I just eliminated the sounds (01 Shutter 1.wav, 03 Camcoder Start.wav, 03 Camcoder Stop.wav).
If you remove the same I eliminated you can take photos without making the noise of the camera to selecting the sound of a "shutter 1" in the camera options, I cut off the sound 1, but you can delete the 2 or 3 if you like, the sound of Start, Stop and Pause the video camera also were deleted from the mine.
