and yes I'm aware that the S-Class UI can be skinned over the likes of Android and Windows 6.5 but if it did it would state that on the list

Anonymous, 12 Mar 2010I have wetravel installed on my phone, but I did not have t... morei found that the phoneloader works but its more complicated to set up.i downloaded the 0.9.xx file in applications from the wed site copied it to my phone and then unzipped it and opened the jad. file.then folowed the steps from the guide that i found and went well.try it out at first it seems like a lot to take in but its not really to hard to do.ive got wetravel in my gt505 and my renoiralthough the renoir needs a different set-up.

I have wetravel installed on my phone, but I did not have time to try it. To install it correctly I need to download the phoneUploader?
The only software that I've tried is GoogleMaps which I good only if you have internet on your phone(with low costs). Gmaps does not include the map, but I downloads the part of map where you are positioned. Trying to us this software in roaming will cost you a lot!

Battery life a... morei tried the WeTravel program on mine and it worked fine with voice navigation and everything here in spain and its free.if you go to the WeTravel site you can find all you need and if you search in google you can find the install guide too.pretty easy to set up.there are also GMaps which i think is also free but i havent used that one.i know WeTravel is free cos i used it with-out the sim card inserted and all went fine.

This phone is OK. Good reception good sound. Battery life around 3-4 days normal use. For the price this mobile phone is very good.
Can anyone tell me where I can find a Navigation software for this phone with the maps included. I want to use it when I will travel abroad and to download the maps abroad will cast a fortune.

She charged it all night Tues night, it was full weds morning, she did 4 texts, no calls, so on standby all day. She forgot to charge it weds night and by this 8.00am morning (Thurs) it was flat and turned itself off. 18 hours again. Unfortunately we have no option but to have the wifi on to get a signal. I think that this phone or network was a wrong decision!

Food Trader, 08 Mar 2010Does anyone know why the wife's Brand New GT505 is flat in ... moredude id have to say that its obviously cos its conected to wi-fi all day.the gt505 has a li-lon 1000 mAh battery and depending on what type of blackberry you have its possible that your phone could have up to a li-lon 1400 mAh battery like in the storm models for example.your blackberry is a more capable phone for that type of thing but check the gsm.arena specs on you battery size to make sure anyway.my gt505 with the same usage(without using wi-fi) lasts 4 days.

Does anyone know why the wife's Brand New GT505 is flat in 18 hours. It's charged over night to show full battery in the morning, she uses it very lightly, maybee 2/3 calls and 10 texts a day, yet within 18 hours its flat! Orange already replaced the battery. It is continuously connected to wifi (uma) in the office and house as the orange signal is poor inside, yet my Blackberry is also continuously connected and I'm on it all day and my charge will last for 3-4 days.....any ideas anyone?

Nothing can describe how much I like GT505.
But i do not know money.
So there's one advice for someone who want to buy one phone for himself/herself: "you should buy GT505".
