Choose add a new account in Mobilephone.
Title: Hotmail

Username@: your full e-mail
Password: your password
Email address: your full e-mail
Reply email address: your full e-mail
Outgoing mail server: smtp.live.com
Incoming mail server: pop3.live.com
Maximum receive size: 2MB
Mailbox type: POP3
Save to server: choose whatever you want
Save sent mail into: Handset
Retrieve only new: choose whatever you want
Acess point: Choose anyone
Download option: All
Auto retrieve: OFF
Now go to "Advanced settings"
SMTP port number: 25
SMTP TLS/SSL: OFF
Incoming server port: 995
Incoming TLS/SSL: SSL
SMTP authentication: ON
SMTP Username@: your full e-mail
SMTP Password: your password
APOP secure login: OFF

Before you configure your Gmail account on the phone enter in your Gmail account by the PC and go up to the "Settings", click on "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" and then on "Transfer via POP", choose "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that has already been downloaded)" and "IMAP Access" choose "Enable IMAP" and keep the changes.
Now choose add a new account in Mobilephone.

Before you do this enter in your Yahoo!Mail account on the PC and click the account options and choose "Options Yahoo!Mail".
In the new page that will appear on the left side click on "Forwarding and POP", after on the right side click on "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding".
On the new page that appears mark the ball that says "Web and POP Access" below where it says "When you download new messages", I have selected the second ball and scored with a tick the box that is underneath. After that just click on the left side on "Save".
Now, in your Mobilephone choose add a new account

ht, 16 Jan 2011will u explain step by step,i really need it plz1 - Open the .jar file(java game or java app)with winrar.
2 - Do double-click in the "META-INF" folder to open it.
3 - Then clicked again twice but now in the "MANIFEST.MF" file to open that file and edit it with Notepad of Windows.
4 - Now add this code, "LGE-MIDlet-Indicator: HIDE" without quotes, underneath what is already written there, and then save changes in that file.
5 - Soon to follow will see a message asking if you want to update changes to the file, just confirm by choosing "Yes" or "OK".

i bought my LG GT505 yesterday and i think this phone is great but the thing is i dont know why i cant apply other themes only the default theme in my phone are allowed,why is that?please help me out on this,tnx!

well i bought lg gt505 about 10k., my only comments into this phones, why into the box of the phone is doesnt have complete accessories.?! but in terms of features of the phone it verry amazing and nice like a i phone...

danixxx, 19 Dec 2010hello everyone! got this phone just today.. everything work... moreok, i already figured it out! i felt so dumb. LOL! well, LG GT505's wifi is not connecting to all wifi.. cannot connect to TENDA network. but, in other wifi spots, it works perfectly fine. :)

lg user, 05 Dec 2010help... my GT505 froze... as in you can't turn off can't do... moreOddly, this happened to me once. I figured out it was because I listened to music untill I killed the battery. Just try and leave it alone for 5-10 minutes. It worked for me, but I can't guarantee this is the proper resolve. Good luck!

help... my GT505 froze... as in you can't turn off can't do anything... i've try removing the battery... and turning it on and off at start up it's ok but when it is at the wallpaper stage [ after start up] it froze again and again... help? someone? anyone?

For those who want to remove the status bar when starting a java game or application just add and save the following code in the file MANIFEST.MF corresponding to the game or application.
LGE-MIDlet-Indicator: HIDE
so, with this code, when you open a game or application, the status bar disappears.
