18 Nov, 2008

At the peep of day, the AT&T site revealed the latest LG phone dubbed LG Incite. Armed with WinMo 6.1 Pro, quad-band GSM support and tri-band HSDPA on-board it is a true global phone.

The AT&T exclusive LG Incite has a front panel dominated by its large 3" touchscreen 256K TFT display with 240x400 pixels resolution. The phone has a 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM, yet the processor is still unknown. The microSD card slot can take up to 16GB cards and is hot swappable.

Being a hi-end Pocket PC, the Incite has all the modern goodies - GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth (with A2DP profile). Other extras are the 3.2 MP camera, FM radio, MP3 and MPEG-4 players.

The phone will be AT&T exclusive and is offered on a two-year contract for 199.99 US dollars after 100 US dollars mail-in rebate.
