PRAJJOY, 19 Dec 2016I am having problem with the screen overlay setting.I had that problem too. Turns out it was just bc of that chat bubble thing that pops up when I get a text from messenger(that app linked to facebook). Just makes sure you get rid of that bubble before you try to change the overlay settings. Might be the problem

greetings i am from south africa i use an lg k10 with the octa core processor
it is an awesome phone with a good display and doesnt lag when playing intemsive high-quality games
although i have noticed 2 problems with my k10:
1. every time i play asphalt 8 and csr racing, it overheats to an extent that i have to remove the battery and cool it down manually
2. the battery life is bad
even with the battery saver turned on, the battery goes from 100% to 40% in less than 2.5 hours
lg please try to create a software update that can solve these problems

Hey. LG company look. I use LG k10 4g 430dsy model.it battery's too much drains and not completed apps move SD card. It big problem.this model android marshmallow. Plz pix it quickly.we need fast.unless. give quickly nougat update with also pix.. Give market suitable battery 2600mah or 33000ma. I'm from Sri lanka.

We at XDA developer site found a ways of rooting lg k10 mediatek variant.
Here's our thread.

as you can see I already gave some youtube's url about making partition with sd card in order to move apps data and obb to sd card which serves now as your 2nd internal or adoptable storage. Now this thread will show you how to root it but before doing something with your lg k10 please do a backup of your files. and if something goes wrong or bootloop
follow this tutorial.

This phone does not have a flash to tell me I have missed a call or text. It is annoying to have to log in all the time to check if I've missed something as I don't use my phone every day.

Very bad.Exchanged L80 .L80 screen brightness and camera was good.but this don't have proper screen brightness and 13 mega pixel back camera is not clear .I have to download 360camera from playstore.don't buy LGK10. WASTE OF MONEY.Go for any other brand.

This smartphone is a budgettype .It means you have most of the features of a top smartphone but not of the same quality. It seems logic that the products had to give up some quality of the top smartphoes. One of them is e.g. the photoquality. If you don't like it two alternatives are possible. Or you take quality photo's with a real photocamera or you y yourself a top smartphone. Anything else I cannot imagine. Is his compititor Samsung galaxy J5 2016 (€230) that much beter as it is almost €50 more expensive?? I doubt it!!

I have heard that the option does not support 3g/4g
