The LGk 10 sucks you cant move apps to an sd card whats the point of having a 32g sd card if you cant even use it

        Okay can anyone help me with this. I like the phone but my biggest issue with it is the fact that the lock screen shortcuts are not working. Ive done everything i can think of. I have my phone, mesenger, youtube, chrome, and camera on my shortcuts but they never show up on the lock screen like they are supose to. It only shows three spaced out grey shortcuts that i didnt ask for!?! The shortcuts that are grey that actually show up are to google mic, phone, and camera, but i really need to be able to have the other shortcuts on the lockscreen for convienence. Can anyone help me or tell me how to fix this?

              I try to go exercising and have an arm pouch for the phone, but when I go to Spotify or YouTube, the songs stop or just jump around for no reason, and it's the worst. I didn't have those issues from the LG K7, but the K10 is horrible when it comes to that. I purchased 1 on 09/17, and by 09/28, I replaced it 2 times due to being faulty. I can't stand that phone, and want to go back to the K7 so bad, but have to pay the full price for it. I will eventually give up on the K10 if the other 1 is messed up. This is madness. I don't want to sound entitled or anything, but that phone isn't that good.

                        (offTopic: every phone has a problem even Nokia 1520 , its OS was only problem)

                          PowerButtonKid, 15 Sep 2016Hi to all the people having issues unlocking phone with pow... moreThe waking phone problem related to light sensor CANNOT be fixed with setting contrast to 'Auto'. Try covering the sensor with a finger and then wake the phone up either with power button or double tapping. It fails!

                          It also goes dark on phone calls, like I already put the phone to my ear. After ending the call, it still stays dark, until I expicitely wake it with power button, in order to tap 'End call'.

                          So, this is either faulty sensor or buggy software. Still searching a solution.
